Coffee is good. Stay away from the pastries. Croissant is flat even in the morning

Good breakfast sandwich-a rarity in LA! Cashier seemed like they wanted to kill me ? I felt very unwelcome. Ultimately not quite worth $19 (including tip) for sandwich/Vietnamese coffee.

Very unprofessionalThe cashier with green hair was kissing with the guy of curly hair when I was waiting for my ice latte in front of us. They even care that was a bunch of people on front ?

An extremely tactless person works here. The cashier didn’t understand my order for a 'Matcha Latte,' despite having a menu of only 10 items, and asked me to repeat with a face as sour as dried lemon. Probably because of my accent. This has happened every time I've been here. No more. By the way, I've never faced the same problem anywhere else.

Love that they make their own cashew milk! a i’ve been trying to find a place that does this so I’m so happy to find this one! Definitely on the pricier end but what’s new in LA?I got an iced cashew milk decaf latte and really liked it! Even thorough it was decaf, it was delicious! The nut milk is pretty dense so I wasn’t able to drink a lot of it but definitely happy with the service and quality. They also have gluten-free pastries which I definitely want to try next time.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegan options and alternative milksDietary restrictions: Gluten free and vegan options for pastries and food, dairy free mills, and homemade cashew milkParking: Easy to find street parking right next door even on a saturday!

asked for a hot chocolate made with water, was barely warm, politely asked for it to be heated was told thats how hot their water gets... pretty strange when running a hot beverage business. Also coffee was lukewarm, took way to long.

Groundwork Coffee is my favorite, and this location will now be my go-to cafe! The staff was so friendly and welcoming -- every single one of them! They all seemed to love working there and appreciate their customers. Customer service can make or break an experience, and this team definitely made our experience a positive one! I love the all-day breakfast burrito and the homemade sauces, and their cold brew is one of the best I've had. Lots of outdoor seating too. Highly recommend!

Coffee is really good but they separated my order. Why not put everything together and not make it confusing for your customers?

After discovering this coffee shop during our vacation, we returned almost every day. Their coffees are excellent, as are the pastries, cakes, muesli... and even their savory offerings! The welcome was always careful and warm. A few places inside but above all, a large courtyard next to the restaurant on the side, where you feel so good. We can’t wait to get back to Los Angeles and go back to Groundwork Coffee without hesitation.
