Phenomenal experience! Impressive collection of brands, extensive inventory. Farasat assisted me and overdelivered in helping to find the perfect pair of sunglasses for me. He is very knowledgeable, easy going, and a great expert in brands and selections. It was a great honor to shake hands with Reza, the founder of Good See Co. He approved my choice of sunglasses. I left with my first pair of Maybach sunglasses and a big smile! HIGHLY recommend!

UPDATE 10/21/24 (In Response to GoodSeeCo's reply):
GoodSeeCo is attempting to give the false impression that I was a difficult customer that ignored their efforts at resolving the issue, this is patently false. In fact, the day I received my glasses I contacted GoodSeeCo via phone and worked with their team to ship my defective glasses back to them. It took GoodSeeCo 5 days to send the glasses back to me and it was never fully repaired. Secondly, I never received any special discounts or accommodations from GoodSeeCo (nor did they ever offer me any) beyond the repair process that they were obligated to fulfill. The only discount I used was the site-wide discount available to the public. I also never received any special rewards points from previous purchases from them as they claim.
UPDATE: Shortly after posting this review I decided to give GoodSeeCo a second chance (against my better judgement) and inquired about purchasing a second pair of eyeglasses. I was quickly contacted by GoodSeeCo’s community manager who referenced this review and basically said that they will only fulfill my new order IF I removed this review. Let me rephrase, they wouldn’t fulfill my order unless I removed the negative review from my previous order. This is likely against consumer protection laws. I’ve since purchased direct from the manufacturer and will advise anyone to avoid GoodSeeCo at all costs if they care about quality.
Original review:
First time purchasing from GoodSeeCo and I spent $800 on new optical frames with lenses. I initially chose GoodSeeCo because they had the Matsuda frames I was looking for, but in hindsight I should have purchased direct from the manufacturer. Customer service online responded fairly quickly but it went downhill from there. I received the frames in about a week and immediately noticed it was missing the screw that holds the frame around the lens. I called GoodSeeCo and they said I needed to send the frames to them to ensure the screw gets installed correctly. I thought that was weird but at this point I just wanted ti fixed so I shipped them out same day (WED). I received them back pretty quickly the following Monday however upon inspecting the glasses, they did install the missing screw however it was sticking out of the frame and the two parts of the hinge were not mating completely. I assumed maybe they just didnt tighten it down all the way so I used my own eyeglass screwdriver to try and tighten it, but the screw would not budge. After completely removing the screw and trying again I realized the reason the two parts of the hinge won't mate (and why the screw won't tighten fully) is because the lens that they crafted was too large for the frame. So now I'm stuck either returning it again or taking it to another optometrist to fix it properly. This is likely the last time I purchase from GoodSeeCo and will update this review with their response.

Great shop in a divine location: so much choice of high quality sunglasses!! Not the shop you get in Europe/Asia. I had exactly an idea of what to purchase and was duly assisted by 2 very kind saleswomen and Mr Reza for the handover and billing. Wonderful and deeply recommended for a sunglasses connoisseur

Incredibly beautiful craftsmanship. very light, but solid as a rock…the lenses are so incredibly thin…not even sure how it’s possible to have gotten them so thin given my prescription. my only issue is i got progressive lenses, and given the small size of the lense diameters, the different distance zones on the lenses are just too close together. i should’ve just gotten single distance lenses. maybe i’ll get used to them, but as of now, they just give me headaches. that is all on me though. they are genuinely gorgeous. pardon my late night hair. I have bought many frames in my time, and am a bit of a frame addict, but these are more works of art than anything else I have.

I originally stumbled into Good See Co. when I forgot my prescription sunglasses at home before a trip to Venice. To my surprise they were able to make me custom prescription sunglasses in under an hour. I've since returned for another pair and it's an amazing 10/10 experience every time I come. The selection here is truly unbelievable, it's like a museum of eyewear everything you could possibly imagine is there. Give yourself plenty of time to shop around, there is a lot to see. The service is amazing, the staff are all very knowledgeable, honest, and patient. Prices are fair and really where else can you get prescription sunglasses made in under an hour while supporting a local business? Coming back here for all of my optical needs from now on!!

Broken my frames just before leaving on vacation and as we went in to a holiday week. Good See had my frames and overnighted them to Mae saving the day. Good price, good service and I am very thankful to have glasses for my trip!
