Rudy was awesome! Saved my 2010 bmw 335D. He figured out the electrical gremlins that were plaguing my car, and I'm back on the road again. Honest, straightforward, and fair. He was able to locate and fix a single corroded wire/pin that was causing all my problems. Great diagnostic skills! I went from every light being on, wipers moving on their own, bad shifting, barely starting, limp mode, etc to everything back to normal.

There is no better mechanic for 1990s-2000s BMWs on the Westside than Elite Automotive. I invested a lot of effort in searching for the right mechanic for my 2002 BMW M5, taking it to four different shops before settling on Rudy. He and Francisco consistently exceed my expectations for a price that is extremely reasonable. They are also complete specialists in these cars, as they focus entirely on BMWs.If you are an E39 5-series owner, I'd particularly encourage you to check out Elite. I doubt there is any other shop on the Westside where you will see four E39s there on the same day. I had to take a picture! These guys really are experts in these cars. Thanks Rudy & Francisco!

Been going to Elite Automotive since I got my BMW 335i ten years ago. They are the best...hands down. Rudy and his team do an amazing job, thorough and efficient. And most of all...honest. I've gone to them for nearly everything and never had an issue. Can't say enough good things about them. Highly recommend.

I hate going to the auto mechanic usually because I always feel like I'm being scammed. Not at Elite Automotive though. I brought my car here for the first time and I was immediately impressed with Rudy's straightforwardness and professionalism. He was very knowledgeable and I knew right away that my car was in good hands. I appreciated the time he took to explain everything to me. He was honest and did not try to make the problem bigger than it was. It is a relief to now have a mechanic that I know I can trust. Thank you Elite Automotive. I will absolutely be back.

Beyond being great at what he does, Rudy is a kind person. I had some issues with what I thought was my suspension, and Rudy requested that he ride in the car with me to drive around so he could see what was going on. I live fairly close by, and given the rise in the anti-Asian hate crimes, felt unsafe walking back home by myself. Not only was he completely cool with me bringing my dog in the backseat during this short drive (so that she could walk home with me), but he also offered to drop me off at home and drive back to the shop. While entirely unnecessary, I was very grateful that he would take the time out of his already busy schedule to make sure I was safe. After the check up, he said that while there was nothing wrong with my suspension, there was something loose with the engine. He then explained that the situation was fine and didn't need fixing at the time. An honest, kind person who is great at his job. As long as I have a BMW and live in Los Angeles, I will be going to him for my car needs.

If you have a BMW, look no further. Rudy is detail oriented, notices the small stuff (and there are a lot with a BMW), and has reasonable prices for some of the highest quality work I've seen at German Car specialists. He clearly cares about his customers and their cars, and wants you to get back your car in as good a condition as possible given your price range. I normally don't write reviews too, but Elite Automotive deserves it.Services: Brakes

Rudy was great, got my parents car fixed at a reasonable price. There was another problem with the cars actuator told us to bring the car back and fixed it with another part that same day. Gave us a full analysis of what needed to be fixed and gave us the price. No bs and no upcharges like everyone else. Will come again to have him fix all of our BMWs.
