Epic fail on vitamins kept in stock -- the gummies, which are full of sugar, thus defeats the purpose of taking vitamins for better health! If the ordering department brings back multivitamin softgels, I will return to shopping at CVS. I have to go elsewhere now to buy good vitamins!

Horrible customer service.CVS should feel ashamed for having these kind of bad “ professionals represent their brand. This branch not only makes a ton of mistakes, but refuses to take any responsibility, does not know how to apologize. And, when confronted, the “ manager”actually screams at you. Hello, Rite-Aid, hopefully you’ll do better.

Absolutely terrible. 2 people working the entire store. Then they have items locked up. So then you have to wait forever to get help. Poor customer service.

the pharmacists themselves are nice people but you can't trust the pharmacy hours you see online . it's usually wrong. also there's a lot of theft at this store and the doors often get smashed and they have to use cheap plywood till they can get a new door then the cycle repeats lol
