Purchased a small leather handbag about 6 months ago. The sales associate gave me the floor model, which was annoying but I looked it over and it didn't appear damaged at all. Fast forward until now and it's already scuffed and the stitches are coming loose. I've worn it maybe 5 times for max 2 hours. The sales associates are nice, but I don't think I'll be buying from this company again.

Poor customer service. When I purchased a bag I asked about an additional strap, Maria told me it wasn’t included and would be an additional charge which I was fine with. I then asked for a gift box but this time she failed to tell me it was an additional cost probably knowing I’d turn it down ($13 for a gift box).I had a promo code which she entered and decided she didn’t like the amount (10% off) that was taken off so she applied her own $20 off which was lower than the 10%. Doesn’t say anything and didn’t provide a receipt but said it would be emailed. I was extremely disappointed once I saw the email of her poor bait and switch tactics. Ended up returning everything and going to the palisades location, which was so much better.

Worked with Zachary to order 15 bags monogrammed when a last minute gift didn’t arrive on time for an event. He had everything done seemlessly (moved bags from other stores) and done in 24 hours. Couldn’t believe how easy he made it!

What a great experience at Cuyana. Solenne the sales associate was very knowledgeable about the products and went above and beyond her job to help my family shop during the holiday season. I would highly recommend going in and using her!!!

I was home for Xmas break looking for a very specific item for my mom (the monogrammable pink marbled leather laptop case with zip pocket and gold hardware) which unfortunately has been discontinued. I didn't catch her name, but there is a super sweetie employee who walked me through the Cuyana Revive site while we chatted fine leather goods. She was a brunette and had fabulous taste in purses. I will absolutely be back to this location for the incredible service and to talk shop again.

I made an appointment online via their website (Listed here to help with hat sizing. Even received an email and text confirmation, however, when I showed up they looked at me with bewilderment and said there are no such things as appointments. They were still able to help me and were kind about it, but wish they were a bit more knowledgeable about their own processes and what's listed on their site.

Great store on Abbot Kinney. TJ was super helpful and wonderful. Bought a black Cuyana backpack -- this was my second purchase at Cuyana. My laptop fits perfectly it, excited to use it.

Had a super disappointing experience with this store yesterday (Saturday). We had driven out of the way to go to Abbott Kinney cause I wanted to pick up an insert for my tote. We arrived at the store at 6:30pm. You can see in the photo and as listed here on google that their closing time is 7pm on Saturdays… well, the door was locked when I tried it and the employees were deep in conversation with each other. When I tried the door both the employees glanced over at me and proceeded to continue talking to each other without so much as an acknowledgment. Yikes, cuyana.

I had been eyeing some stuff online but decided to come to the store to check it out. Worst decision ever. It was a slow morning with 2 staff and they could not be bothered. The male was probably cleaning his nails and the female was too busy unpacking items to help. The 2 stars are for their products which are well priced and well made.

Customer service is the worst one on Abbey Kinney Ave. Also I don't think she knows their products well. Need to be trained more.
