The customer service here is less average. For example of you have an appointment they are over 10 min late. When you call to ask a question you are more than 20 min on the phone and then they may hang up. I am not impressed.

They don't clean or repair the atm machines outside. Really need an upgrade.

Bad experience, they didn't want to change my check because I didn't have an account with them, it's Latin, it's going to be more annoying, I don't recommend this branch
