“I got into fairly bad accident in December where my tire fell off my car after leaving a Jiffy lube. Jerry was so helpful throughout the whole process of renting a car. He made it easier, he took care of me, he answered questions, and he was extremely positive and Kind. It was a wonderful experience. I’m very grateful for people like that.
