“This place is fantastic. I e-mailed the shop with some questions and Eddie responded within 30 minutes with very helpful information. I was able to bring my car in the same day and my service was done before the estimated time. The best part - the shop went above and beyond and checked my tire pressure and reset my low tie pressure warning light without me needing to ask. All at no additional charge. When I got back in my car, they made sure it was clean and none of my settings (audio, seat position, etc.) were changed. Tip - if you can, buy your auto parts online and bring them in to save some money. I'll definitely return to Pinky's for my car's needs - A+.”

The technician who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and communicated all my different various options for me. I thought the pricing was more than fair and was so pleased with his service that I left him a tip would he said to me was not necessary. “my bozo buddy flung the door open next to a really high curb and caught the door in the ground then ripped it off to close it. The bottom plastic trimming on the door came off so i brought it to Paulee. They got a maintenance guy to come out with some tools and popped it back in without charging me a dime. Really nice of them, and a testament to their fantastic customer service. Jacob in the front office helped me out and was really accommodating. Gary was extremely helpful and helped me navigate my insurance and fought for me against my insurance to make sure I was getting new parts installed after my car was hit, even when my insurance was trying to say I should only get used parts. “Okay, I normally don't leave reviews for this kind of stuff but I am compelled to write one because of how AWESOME they were. I went to SIX different places around West LA looking for an estimate to get some paint peeling, rust, and bumper mess up repaired. I kid you not, they were 1. The lowest price compared to the other body shops that I went to. 2. VERY easy and quick. To my surprise-I dropped the car off Tuesday, they had it fixed by THURSDAY. Everywhere else quoted me "at least" a week. You have to pay cash, but that's fine! I will take that any day for the best price possible. I honestly was skeptical at first because (as someone else mentioned), there was no written estimate, just a handshake from Vago (the legend-he's very serious but knows what he's doing clearly.) and I was verbally told a price. They indeed kept that price, and literally I can not even see where the damage used to be in that spot. It looks BRAND NEW. Thank you thank you! Amazing small business. I highly reccommend V&V Auto Body to anyone in West LA. They were literally just all around SO GOOD.”

I called to make an appointment and they asked me to stop by the same day. Ana looked at my car and offered to buff out the scratch for free! My Tesla looked like new again and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Their service is top notch and I would highly recommend them to anyone who lives on the Westside or in the South Bay!”
