This review is for the women's Buck Mason that is across the street from the mens store but doesn't seem to be on yelp. I am sort of astonished how ill fitting and poorly designed the women's clothes are from this line, as the mens store is very popular and has well cut nicely designed clothes. I felt i tried on every thing in the store trying to find one piece worth getting that doesn't seem cut for a 12 prepubescent year old girl. They forgot to change the design to women's bodies. I had to return a horribly fitting dress and i couldn't find one item I wanted in there to exchange. Everything was really horribly cut and limited to colors like unflattering mud or lighter unflattering mud. I don't expect the women's shop to last long but I hope they hire better designers to create women's clothes for actual women's bodies. When you offer about three dresses or three pants how can none of them work? The mystery continues.

Very weird atmosphere. Made me walk out of a separate door even though two white people were able to walk out the front door. No reasoning behind it.

This is my favorite men's store period. Sophisticated on trend style unique to Buck Mason. The staff at the Venice location are super friendly and helpful. The cloths fit great and they offer tailoring services gratis if your short and stalky like me, comes in handy ;)

I've shopped here for several years now and definitely can't say enough good things about the brand and store. In a time when brick and mortar stores aren't fairing well, the service here at Abbot Kinney makes a case for their continued existence. I usually stop by to check sizing, but almost always leave with something. I was most recently helped by Diamond and she was so attentive and kind.

Hands down some of the best clothes money can buy! Just stopped by this week Ang grabbed four shirts and my wife even found a beautiful dress from their new women’s collection.

I am an Asian-American man, and it seems this store makes it a point to IGNORE people of color. Consistent with other reviewers, I was in the shop last week for a good 10 minutes. Not once did one sales person ask if I needed something. One guy even made direct eye contact with me. I was appalled! Came in with the full intent to buy something. Felt disgusting. DON'T SHOP HERE, they clearly don't want our business.

Long story short, was approached by this white kid with curly hair asked what size shirt and my response was "well not quite sure but what I have now is........" He literally WALKED AWAY.... WALKED AWAY..... I turned around to my wife, she said ohh I think he went to look for your size?? But I never got to finish the sentence.......... Shopping while Arab is tough

Customer service policy was broken when I inquired (ie: took 4 days business days to respond when they say within 2 business days). Shipping took much longer than expected. Not a fan for these premium prices.

I wasn't planning on buying anything as I was just window shopping. That being said, I left with quite a few items. Not sure if there has been a change in personnel based on other Yelp reviews, but the two young men that helped me (as well as several other customers) were friendly and really helpful. That's probably why I ended up buying as much as I did. Will come back.

Joined my brother on his shopping trip but I ended up shopping too! The worker who helped my brother with this exchange was kind enough to tell me about the different fabrics and fits. She was very patient while I was deciding which shirt to get and feeling the fabrics. She definitely knew information about each clothing item!

I am a black man loving right behind abbot Kinney and I have walked into this store 5 times now planning to purchase a bunch of clothes here and not once has any employee even acknowledged my presence. Each time there have been other customers in the store receiving service while I stand there for at least 10 minutes each time. Very hurtful and sad and will never attempt to spend money with this company/ store again. DONT SHOP HERE
