Honestly not the best car wash. I paid $65 total $75 with tip but as I’m driving home you could see there wasn’t much vacuuming attempts or did they clean very well. Pretty rushed job for $75. I could have gone to a drive thru car wash and got the same results for about $20

Terrible experience. They scratched my car. Avoid at all costs.
I arrived at 4:45pm on a Tuesday and they close at 6:00pm. I asked them if it was a hand wash. “Yes.” I proceed to the ticket kiosk and ask for the silver package and ask what is included. He tells me, “It’s an automatic wash through the tunnel. If you want a hand wash that’s $60.” I say that’s fine, pay the $60 and take a walk around the block. I come back an hour later and my car is still in the bay with no one working on it. They tell me it will be 20 minutes longer - which is fine. I come back in 20 minutes and all the employees have gone home except for one guy with my keys, who hands them off and promptly leaves. I get in my car and immediately notice the interior has not been vacuumed. They wiped down the dashboard and that’s IT. On top of that, there are water stains on my seats and scratches on the exterior clear-coat. See pictures for how they absolutely botched this wash and charged me extra for it. All pictures are AFTER the “wash.” I wouldn’t come back here for another car wash unless it was free and came with an apology and clear-coat touch ups to fix the scratches they made.

I did their full service silver package and in my opinion they missed too many spots. There was still patches of guck on the grill and sand in the trunk area. I may come back again but would do the self service. All the pictures below are post wash.

The best!! These guys work very hard. The price for the quality of work is extremely fair. They have a wide variety of washes you can choose from. They’re friendly and easy to talk to. Explain what you need done and they’ll always try to accommodate your budget. I had 4 cars (one is a corvette) and would bring them all to Beach Cities on a weekly basis. I moved out of state. I miss getting my cars washed here. Rafael the manager is the best, give him a raise!!!

First time I was here, they did a great job. I got The 33 dollar package and they clean it spotless and left no crumbs. They gained my trust and I was so relaxed when I came back the second time because of the first experience.
Second time around, it’s a sloppy job. There were crumbs, spots, and dust through out my car. I didnt realized how sloppy the job was until I got home and finally saw everything. Disappointing considering I gave the guy the tip.
I might go again in the future and be very strict with the staff. I’d say just make sure you check their work before you leave.

Beware: !!!!!!!!!
On Saturday morning 1/27/24, took my Lexus SUV, which an item was Stolen from the back seat of my SUV.
.
I reported this incident to the manager, who took no accountability of what happened only to give excuses, “that people steal from them.” ?♂️
Extremely Poor Customer Service , will never return. BEWARE they will steal items left in your car.!!!!!

We've been coming here for over 10 years -- great place! From super nice cashier to extremely detail oriented cleaning team, who care as much about my 5 year old LEXUS as my wife's new PORSCHE and our daughter's 12 year old COROLLA! I've been to the 'other guys' up the street and BEACH CITIES is way better! And BTW they serve free coffee and freshly baked chocolate chip cookies -- I honestly can't wait for my car to get dirty again!
