Pretty delicious breakfast burritos for a small lil cafe in a hotel. Service was a bit slow at first but overall a nice time. Lattes were good too!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian GF was able to find things she wanted / restaurant was friendly about swapping out meat

Food and service are amazing. I stayed at Hotel Erwin and preferred to have all my meals here during my stay. The menu is varied and the food is just delicious!

Went to the Hotel Erwin rooftop on 3/25 for a birthday party and left my $150 jacket at the table. I called right after I realized I left it and described it to the woman I spoke to. She said she had it in her possession, they would hold it, and I could come pick it up. She then hung up immediately before I could get another word in. I came back the next day and the staff had no idea where it was. I believe the woman I spoke to, or one of the staff working that day just took it home with them and stole it. I just don't understand how nobody had any idea about it when I showed up. The manager just said sorry and sent me on my way. I want action to be taken. I thought this was a fancy hotel/bar and they would have steps in place to see who was working that day, or a some safe room to store lost items. The jacket can't be replaced and it's so frustrating when I took the proper steps to make sure it wasn't lost. Won't be going back here ever again and I recommend you don't either. I was there on 3/25, and today is only 3/26.

The hotel Erwin has friendly staff, clean and comfortably rooms, and the perfect location. This modern hotel is well appointed with high quality soaps and shampoo in the shower in refillable containers in an effort to reduce their plastic footprint. The bed was comfortable with awesome bedding and plenty of pillows! The room had a fridge, coffee maker, and room safe. Fun robes in the walk in closet and a lovely balcony to take in the fresh air. The hotel is located so close to the beach it is fantastic. There are restaurants nearby and they have benefits for hotel Erwin guests! This is my 2nd stay at this hotel and I would highly recommend to others. Special shout out to front desk person Miguel who was friendly and welcoming both on the phone and in person!

Hotel Erwin is absolutely incredible. The staff go above and beyond and are so helpful and accomodating. The hotel is instantly inviting with friendly doorman welcoming you in to the helpful receptionists who make checking in so hassle free. After originally coming to stay for a few nights, I decided to extend my stay with the hotel. In response, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay the best it could be, upgrading my room and making sure I was completely taken care of. I have never experienced such quality and generous service from a hotel! Not only this - the rooms are also exceptionally clean and the bed incredibly comfortable. The location is absolutely ideal - right next to the best cafes and bars and seconds away from the beach. The rooftop boasts an incredible bar area that is perfect for a sunset cocktail with incredible views of Venice and Santa Monica. All in all, an incredible place to stay when in Venice. Thankyou again, Hotel Erwin!

I can't recommend Hotel Erwin enough. It's the best hotel I have stayed in. The location is perfect if you want to see Venice beach and Santa Monica and the staff are AMAZING.Big shout out to Miguel.

The hotel has a great location. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Miguel at reception was very helpful, customer oriented and profesional. I highly recommend it. I also recommend the breakfast? The service in the restaurant was quite good.

I was greeted and checked in by Yoshwa ( I’m sorry if I spelled this wrong) He was so friendly, welcoming, and upgraded my room. The room was spacious, clean, and decorated well. Full snack bar with quality organic foods, beverage bar, coffee, robes, high end bath products, comfy bed, and a lovely view of the ocean. I ate in the cute restaurant too and my server was soooo nice! I will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time staying at hotel Erwin. Luis m, at the front desk, was wonderful when we requested something at an odd hour and went above and beyond what was expected of him. People like Luis are the reason we will continue coming back to this hotel!

Probably the friendliest staff I've met in all of LA. Very good vibe, extremely central, very clean rooms. Literally a one minute walk to the Venice Boardwalk. Good for both business and vacation. Highly recommended.
