a dull bank, constantly empty and all the booths are empty, the service that they gave me was not the best. I came to replace the card, but they did not help me. suggested to go home. call the number shown on the card. great help thanks

I came in to withdraw money and Camren helped me. He was so friendly and welcoming. As this was my first time coming to this Bank of America. His smile is so welcoming. Nice and friendly environment for all workers!

Would give them zero stars if possible. Have been coming here for over 7 years and they wouldn't give me change bc it Was 1 minute after their closing hours yet I was inside. Cynthia was the manager she was completely rude, had zero customer service and wouldn't service me for a simple $100. BANK OF AMERICA DO BETTER.

Horrid, which is standard for B of A. Was closed for a while during pandemic. Open again, but apparently temps or trainees are running it. I taught a teller where to write a deposit in my bank book. Scary. I should move my money elsewhere.

I can't believe this place even has 2 stars. By far the worst banking experience/ branch I've ever dealt with. Consistently. Over the course of YEARS. Whenever I've come in here, there is always a line of customers up to the door and a few slow-moving, bored employees who look like they would rather be anywhere else. And they NEVER had their business banking line open. They did a little remodel on the interior of the bank a year or so ago but the customer service has remained the same. Evidenced today by the stocky, short, young woman who stood in the middle of the bank and just made the "cut throat" sign to indicate the office was closed when I tried to open the door at 4:03pm on a Tuesday. Didn't make an effort to come closer to door (and/ or do something more normal like tap her watch lol). Cut throat from 20' away and turned around and walked away. The only reason I haven't left BOA is because I do my business banking here and have multiple accounts....and have *dreaded* switching the credit card terminals, etc knowing what a pain in the a** it's going to be. But after today, it's clear that continuing to bank here will, in fact, be a bigger pain in the a*** So, bye, BOA. I will dedicate my next 2 weekdays off to switching my biz accounts over to Wells Fargo where I already have my personal accounts. Side note: I'm honestly wondering what limiting the branch banking hours has to do with COVID? Weekday hours are now 9-4. Maybe there is a legal explanation, but banks are considered essential (as far as I'm aware) and it seems like it's just going to make this poorly managed, crowded branch even busier- and LESS safe, if anything.

I love this bank all the pansies that complain about having to wait their turn is simply narcissist crap, why would anyone take the time to say the bank was slow and they suck WHY? Please note we do wires to other countries all the time and we have a mortgage with them as well. To be honest this is the only location that is not insane busy - People get your heads out of your ass's be nice or at least try

Worst service of any bank I have ever dealt with. Will not accommodate if it's CLOSE to their closing hour (not passed) despite our having a business account at this branch. Closes on days that are not posted and the girl at the front door was just flat out rude today when I asked her about it. We'll be taking our business elsewhere.

This is one of the few branches still open during the coronavirus pandemic. I went here to open a new account and was impressed by the staff, who were competent and courteous. Alejandra in particular was so helpful, opening the account smoothly and thoroughly addressing all my questions. Overall my most pleasant US banking experience to-date!
