Terrible company . I purchased items online but never got it . Company not addressing this issue , basically saying that it’s my problem and I need to deal with shipping company. Customer server has big ego and no knowledge of basic rules of customer support. Shame to this company and sorry for the girl who opened it . I would never buy this product again.

Love the bright colors! The staff is friendly and there’s even a back lounge room to chill and play games. The clothing can get pricy but it lasts!

I’ve been here a few times and the staff doesn’t fail to disappoint! Rude and unprofessional staff. It has been a very unpleasant experience to shop here. They’re always talking to each other and laughing, not caring about what the customer needs. When looking at the items, even when there’s no one else in the store, they shove items into places by forcing their way right in front of us as if they’re disappointed that we’ve touched things.After selecting an item and bringing it to their front desk for purchase, they just threw it in the bag without folding, even though I told them it was a gift.It’s an unsatisfying shopping experience. Won’t go back.

Customer service is not so good for the online store. No one answers the phones. If you email sometimes someone responds but they don't resolve the issue so you have to keep sending emails hoping someone who cares picks up your email. Very frustrating experience. In my case they don't want to apply my discount to the exchange order.

I stopped by after an acquaintance told me to always buy aviator clothes when I come to LA. The noodles are so soft.Hoodies cost between $150 and $190. The price is high, but I think it would be a good idea to look for discounted products at the back of the store.

I ordered online directly. I had issues with fit, quality and condition. I swear I received used items, the appliqué already freying right out of the bag...So I had to deal with a lot of your customer service people. Natalie was great, but I rate everyone else I had to deal with at a whopping 0. Your return policy is so rigid and I feel it is very greedy. Making me pay to ship each item separately back to you, 3 items total, and I am in Southern California too, at 10 dollars per package because you are too stupid to figure out 3 RA #'s in one package? Give me a f'n break! I sent back 7 separate orders with over 1000 dollars worth of merchandise, to London in ONE package with 7 different RA #'s Are you really that stupid not to be able to figure out just 3 items in my returns? The cashmere pants I paid over 600 dollars for? Obviously you sourced just about the poorest quality cashmere you could find! This scratchy fabric feels just like regular wool and not the soft quality cashmere wool that comes from the belly. That is just so greedy to charge that much for such poor quality! A lightning bolt on the side of the pants does not make them worth 600 dollars! GET IT TOGETHER AVIATOR NATION. You are not that special. .

Worst customer service ever!!! For this prices! They don't respect themselves by not respecting their customers ! I left so many emails and voicemails to call me back for mistake they did and they keep sending me emails instead to call me after I made a purchase of 500$ from them! Got the order after a late of 2 weeks with a missing items and got an email from them that the items I ordered sold out!!!!

First time at this location. Sara was absolutely wonderful. She was so patient and helpful with me. I LOVE Aviator Nation sweatshirts and this time I got another t-shirt and a keychain.
