I invested a lot of effort in searching for the right mechanic for my 2002 BMW M5, taking it to four different shops before settling on Rudy. He and Francisco consistently exceed my expectations for a price that is extremely reasonable. They are also complete specialists in these cars, as they focus entirely on BMWs.If you are an E39 5-series owner, I'd particularly encourage you to check out Elite. “I want to start off by saying I know little to nothing about cars. I had to go to LA for a 3-Day work event and coincidentally and to my bad luck, my car managed to act up on a Saturday after all the shops were closed. I spent over an hour trying to get in contact with shops about my car troubles and Nagy was the only person who answered the phone and gave me a response (even after his stated business hours)! Due to his shop not being open on Sunday, he was extremely communicative about me getting my car to his shop early Monday morning. He helped walk me through the process and gave me an initial estimate which was very reasonable. He even stayed until late night to finish working on my car as I told him early morning I would need my car to get back home/to work early morning. Super down to earth guy, gave me life and car buying advice, and most importantly, my car is working perfectly no issues. He thoroughly checks your car and wants to ensure EVERYTHING is up to par before you leave his shop. While I do not live in LA, his kindness and attention to detail will not be forgotten. I will definitely be coming back when visiting LA in the future. Thank you Nagy!”

He explained everything in detail, and since I already knew what needed to be fixed, I knew he was being honest.Not only did he fix what I needed for a reasonable price, he took the time to check the rest of the car and gave it back to me in tip top shape.
