Like others have already mentioned, take your business elsewhere. They screw up every single business card order I place with them, and the customer service manager by the name of Samara is a joke. She refuses to respond to emails, and her customer service is laughable. She personally has cost the company a customer who has been with them for nearly 7 years now. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere.

I came by with my products . I wanted to get sizes for labels and boxes they couldn't provide it . Then I asked for a phone number so i can call and talk to someone who knows what to do but they didn't give me any information ... wtf it should be so simple. They measure your products tell you size for your labels and boxes and you get an estimate for your order simple as F

I had the best service when picking up my business cards! We opened the box to make sure the quality is what I expected and they noticed the photo on my card didn't come out to their standards. I thought they were good but they weren't happy with it, so they gave me a few suggestions and redid my business cards at no cost. They turned out amazing!!

Miserable company. Messed up 2000 brochures gave me credit cause they messed up. With said credit I ordered 500 business cards and each and every business card is so crooked that they are unusable.

Horrible customer service!!! Take your business elsewhere. 1. They advertise a step up banner and offer design help. You submit your company name and logo and then they charge $50 to "design". 2. The chat box doesn't work unless you open a separate window. Once you exit, the representative is lost. 3. They encourage you to purchase and then submit you design. So I did and sent a proof of the design to make sure once it's scaled it will not be pixelated. I sent and confirmed with the designer. Once everything was good, I sent the final image I wanted printed. They send you a "proof" to confirm before purchasing. The image was small and I didn't notice they still used the original proof and not the final image I sent. 4. Received a final item with the watermarks. 5. Customer service is outsourced, so don't expect too much. 6. They concluded because the name of the rep I worked with was "Ralph" doesn't exist in their date base, they offered 20% off to make a new one on a product we spent over $400 on. I've had issues with them in the past (print was off centered) and they replaced. In this case, 20% is a joke and will file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. And since we're keeping names for tabs, Roman Carlo is the Support Manager providing the resolution.

Horrible customer service. Basically the only way to contact them "directly" is through chat. Which is outsourced. I tried using them 5-6 times and it only took one bad experience of not getting my order to my customer to make me look elsewhere. They do not have a phone number to call any of the physical locations. Place your order and cross your fingers that they do not mess it up. Because it is a nightmare trying to make it right with their "chat customer support"

I'm very happy with the door hangers I ordered! I'm dumb. So, obviously I uploaded things incorrectly. They brought it to my attention and charged a small fee to fix it. The door hangers look great and pickup was stress free. I will definitely use them in the future!

Their customer service is horrible because the hours of operation is tight as well as each person trying to help say different things and do not communicate well together. They give different information as well. The shipping took over 2 to 3 weeks from the moment I ordered it and they give you lots of excuses. I Purchased 1000 stickers from them and they are very easy to use and stick well on products that the design process is a nightmare. If you work off of an iPad, you cannot design your product properly. There is a lot of wasted sticker space during printing, and they are rigid with rules that make no sense during the design process. The shipping cost is outrageous compared to everybody else. If you buy $20 worth of stickers then your shipping is about $20 as well. If you spend $300, the shipping is $40 or so. It's stupid. They owe me $20 for a printing screw up but i cannot stand dealing with them and don't want to bother with them because of their antiquated customer service. I do not recommend this company whatsoever.
