I have been to that store many times, they have good offers and a wide variety of styles, but the last time I went, when paying and leaving, the young man at the door took the ball I bought him out of my son's hands saying no. I had paid it and very rudely and he checked my receipt and looked to see if it had been paid and asked the cashier if I had paid it, everyone was looking at me as if we had stolen the ball, the cashier told him yes and he didn't apologize or anything. He looked at me and told me you can go now, if you have doubts about someone stealing something you should ask for the ticket and check when you leave, but it's not okay for them to take things out of your hands, especially in the way they did it, not even an apology. He asked, I'm not going back to that store with that attitude.

order my items via store pick up at 10 am , got there at 5:30 pm . i notices multiple people (4) just standing around . they had me waiting for 40 minutes , literally looking up and down for my order , weren't very professional . at the end one of the supervisors told me , they would have the rest of my order the next day . i called them the next day , only to find out out , they cancelled the promotion , " the only reason i order fro them " so they only charged me for one pair , on a buy one get a second . never again

I went here today to pick up a pair of work sneakers. Parking was easy breezy and the staff were all very nice - no hard selling. The only issue was that my top four choices were unavailable in my size 11.5 - I settled on choice number 5, and was given a 10 % discount for being a WSS member - nice value for the money as my budget today was $ 99 or less.

Thieves! If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order for a pair of shoes at a different WSS to hold a size they had at this WSS. The shoes were paid in full so that they could hold them for me. I was told they would call/email me when they were ready for pick up. A week goes by and nothing. I called customer service - "the shoes were picked up 2 days after the order was placed." I let them know I hadn't received any confirmation that I could pick them up so they let me know they would need to check the cameras and confirm with the store why it was marked as a completed order. It took about a month to try and "resolve" the issue only for them to come back and say that they have fulfilled the order and I'm basically out my money and shoes. I asked how was it possible that someone picked up the shoes if the invoice clearly says a government ID and the CC used to pay for the item needed to be present at time of pick up. So clearly a store representative came up on my shoes! Well only Jenifer Zarceno Jimenez from this store would know who exactly "picked up" my shoes since she's the one who marked my order as completed. Don't even waste your time going to this crappy store or any of their stores really, even their customer service representatives are crappy!

Bought a pair of shoes online and they didn't fit, took them after buying the right size and the security guy tells me I can't return em with out a receipt, I said I bought them online I have the receipt, he says no you need the actual receipt. Felt like I stole the dam shoes. Had to use it as store credit, but they made me feel like a thief. So to say less I will not be returning to this place again.

Great sales man . This young man was awesome at customer service. He made sure that he found the right size for me . I'm looking for Crocs but bought two pairs of shoes ?. Love the purchase, the cashier was nice too.

Great selection and employees are very friendly and helpful and if something you like is not in stock they will order it and ship it to you or the store free and they normally have good specials

Is a nice store it has many options, but is almost impossible to get someone to help, and when you get help they are so rude, also the security people are toooo intense, make you feel like criminal, they almost want to search your bags, is not worth it to come here, customers services is not existing in this place.
