I can’t grade them a zero because it’s NOT an option. They are an untrustworthy company who charges up the sky. They aren’t transparent and never received a quote of details of the project for an ADU. They requested for many home improvement loans under my name. Thus negatively impacting my credit score. Collected the money as if they had completed a project that never even initiated. It’s been over 8 months and I am stuck paying these lenders now for a project that was never done. Non ethical. DO NOT TRUST!

Reached out to have my kitchen remodeled and was very pleased with the outcome. The project manager, Avi was very polite and friendly, and answered any questions I had for the entirety of the job. The crew was quick and thorough and altogether did an amazing job! I would definitely use them again for future renovations!

Recently helped move my cousin to Orange County and she wanted an Island installed in her kitchen so I looked up companies and ran across William Brothers Building & Construction. I called and was greeted with a kind voice that had a walk thru for estimate of costs scheduled for the next day, once the crew showed up they were professional and timely and the quote including a new set of French doors to the deck came in under budget. The work that was completed was done in under the time quoted and around $300 under what we were told. My cousin was impressed and has already recommended William Brothers Building & Construction to co-workers, friends and family if you have any remodeling needs please check them out you will not be disappointed.

These guys are great. They made my bathroom a nice relaxing new place! They also made my kitchen not only spectacular, but a safe place for my family to sit down and eat. I completely recommend them!

They gave us special offer to remodel our house, but this company ‘s power ; Mr. David O did not promise. Before we started our remodeling, he said to us that 30 years no interest & no payment. BUT he never supported to us. We have a loans with 5 different loans companies now. The loans companies are collecting a money from us every day with so many text messages and phone calls now. We explained this condition to William Brothers Building & Construction Company, but Mr. David O never answered our text messages & emails. Also when we needed to put new outside door, one sells man ; Mr. Shay said that don’t paint outside on the door, just install the door. So after raining, the outside door became exposed with the raining. ? The door man told us that even the door company explained that the door need a paint avoid raining, but William Brothers sells man said, don’t need it! Bigining of their job were a very good job, but after we started comparing, they did not do anything for us. No response from Mr. David O. Only financial department woman replied us our text.

BEWARE! Williams Bros completed a major job for me around six months. I paid, but I never was given an itemized invoice with product info or specs of items purchased (solar, water heaters, windows). They installed windows, solar, water heaters and more. They never provided brochures of the solar panels installed, they didn't provide 3rd party manufacturer info, they didn't provide an app for me to check on the performance (or non-performance) of my panels. Calling and calling, then calling SCE, they didn't apply for my rebate (my friends got $1500 for SCE SGIP). A repairman is now saying that my new slider that Williams installed is leaking into the lower unit. Still no call back from them,.

William Brothers told me that all of my energy upgrades were covered for a 30% federal tax incentive. I found out 1 year later that they are WRONG. Only solar is covered in the 30% tax incentive. Not the roof, not any other repairs, not HVAC, not a tankless water heater.
Also, 1 year later, I analyzed the power produced versus power consumed and found that the solar system that William Bros installed only produces 62% of the power I need.

I’ve had many ppl message me because they are having similar problems with this company so I wanted to update my review. This issue is still ongoing, the company owes me over 20k and has been delaying payment for one year now. I have now retained an attorney for help. This project started last February and was only supposed to take 6 weeks. Please note that my roof is still leaking, we have uneven tile /discolored concrete, and many other issues remaining. They will come to your home and seem warm and helpful but once you agree to work with them, they will have constant delays with contractors showing up once a week or once every two weeks, constant mistakes because no supervisor from the company oversees the project, and all of the promises of warranty or them standing by their work is false. We paid over 6 figures for this project so we were expecting good work but this was a huge regret. I am sure there are many companies who do similar projects who you would be far better off with.
