West Coast automotive is the most professional auto care I can recommend. Through all the years of taking my cars to different auto shops. This one beats them All . The customer service is A1 the diagnostic that they do on your car is so professional and very easy to understand they send you a full description and with pictures Explaining what they recommend and what is going on with your car Not only that they give you a call and explain everything in detail. I can’t recommend them enough for anyone who is looking for A place that will take care of your car the best. My car feels so amazing after picking it up and they also offer a loaner cars if you need any. Thank you so much West Coast automotive for your hospitality and the care that you took on my car I will definitely be coming back!!

I bought a lemon a few years ago that gives me a new issue maybe twice a year now and This place was the closet to me when my car broke down. I’m so glad it happened that way. These guys are so honest they told me I should get rid of the my car while I can lol. I didn't listen so they get to see me every so often lol. They’re so professional and honest. They communicate very well and they’re on top of their @ish. I won’t go anywhere else now.

These guys are amazing. Super friendly service, even give you a ride home after you drop your car off. They have a great computer system where they text you all the updates to your vehicle, including videos of broken parts etc. Very competent, I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

I had a fantastic experience! I was referred here and I’m so thankful. Everyone was kind and helpful and I was in and out of there. the owner Mike assured me that I wouldn’t get the “added on fees” the dealerships like to add. My bank account thanks you and I have peace of mind knowing that my car has been taken care of.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the service provided.
They sent me a full breakdown of the inspection of my car via text! The breakdown had photos and everything, it was extremely detailed.
I would suggest this business to anyone who wants transparent and well priced service.

Excellent service, great prices and even better customer service! I brought my 2015 Chrysler 200 S. in for service after being scammed by another shop. Mike the owner repaired the previous work and gave me a break on the price because he didn’t like what the previous shop had pulled. That said more to me about the integrity of West Auto than anything else. Since then I have had not had any issues and my car is running better than it has in years. When you find people you can trust it’s the best feeling in the world.

I highly recommend West Auto Center. Mike and Darren are very approachable and kind. I knew what was wrong but didn't trust myself to do it correctly. I wanted a place that would guarantee the work and they did just that! They fully explained their recommendations and they were dead on accurate. Then quick to service my car overnight. We were all thrown a curveball because the problem was complex. Their Honda wizard, Gabriel, did research on his own time and resolved the error code and poor performance that had been plaguing me for so long.
I really feel comfortable about how solid my car works now and I plan to return to them again for my other cars. Thanks guys!
