They have one of the rudest security guard I've ever seen. He talks with people like they're ignorant. He makes fun of people who don't speak good English. He's just rude in general. I am a field supervisor for a security company and his customer service is terrible. When he's trying to speak the little Spanish he knows it sounds like he's making fun of people. You can feel the tension in the air and the the look of disgust. When people ask him for help he'll slightly help them then walk away and start yelling at them. He works for Garda world. He's about 6'2 210 pounds Caucasian male. He wears a fisherman's hat. If he was one of my guards and treated people the way yes with my company I would fire him on the spot. Security is supposed to have great customer service and help those in need. Not treat people like dirt because he wants to rush them out of the bank.

This location appears to be a very busy one therefore they should bring in more bank tellers. I walked in to cash a check the line was very long and the bank tellers were taking there time I’m guessing it would have taken 30 minutes or longer. I walked out went to the chase bank on Van Nuys blvd and Burbank I was in and out within five to ten minutes. Also this bank branch should strive to have a more diverse employment team it amazes me how these American bank institutions get away with nepotism ethnic hiring. Every time I visit this location I only see Hispanic Latino tellers who’s bilingual ( No diversity) shame on you Wells FargoA diverse team would allow the diversity of the customers feel more welcomed

The hypocrisy of the USA No diversity at all at this location. I didn’t see any White Black or Asian American bank tellers all Hispanic Latino employees communicating in Spanish it felt like I was in a foreign country I felt very out of place uncomfortable and unwelcome being someone who is not Hispanic Latino descent. I won’t ever return to this location

Horrible Bank, couldn’t help me deposit my international check. Teller made no effort to help me. I will take my banking somewhere else.

Just opened up and they allowing people to cut in line and when brought up to management they shrug their shoulders. Really horrible customer service we are all here for a reason no one's time is worth more than the others. Please fix the horrible attitude towards rude customers. I'm 100 percent sure you guys hold a right to refuse service to people not following basic decency and please correct the people who opened this morning felt gross to experience

Wells Fargo Bank is very bad with its customers. They have branches all over the San Fernando Valley and they only open few on Saturdays. That creates a huge line of people waiting for them to open. Why people have business with Wells Fargo, they have no choice or they just like the bad service?

Worst customer care ever. Very slow executives. The tellers are not serious at all. I have been standing here for more than an hour. Whereas the there is a huge number of customers waiting for service, one teller decided to close and go away leaving a line of more than 20 people standing. Very ridiculous.

Busy location, short staffed. Not sure what corporate is doing. They are driving their customers away. No one has time nowadays to stand in line for an hour to get a cashiers check. You can't do everything online or at the atm sometimes you have to come in. Everyone works so hard but it's nearly impossible to run such a huge branch with very little staff. Roy is the manager here and does a great job running the place considering the challenges of being short staffed. I have been a Wells Fargo customer since 1998 and never seen such a mess.

If I can give this place minus stars, I would. They made me stay in line for about an hour, and there was only like four people in line. They deliberately took their time. They deliberately want you to spend your time there. I have no idea why, but the manager needs to be fired, and all the girls behind the counter.

You're better off driving to literally any other open branch. I could have gone to Santa Clarita and back in the time it took these clowns to work through a line so I could get a simple cashier's check. There is just one guy who knows what he's doing and he's actually jogging up and down the bank like a one man army. Everyone else is borderline useless.

There are never enough tellers. Coming here expect at least a 30 minute wait in line. No one ever picks up the phone. This branch is a mess. I don’t know why it still exists.

Worst Wells Fargo, 1 hr inside to make a deposit, 1 star is even too much for them , 30 ppl in line and workers are just walking around asking people what are you here for instead of opening a teller and helping customers. Only 2 tellers that need managers approval for every single transaction.... Horrible! Don't go
