I called and had an order to print 2 thousand flyers... In the beginning they had told me 3 days to finish the print... after they took my initial first payment they told me it's going to take a week...

Stood in the store for fifteen minutes with no acknowledgment, even went back to my car to put more money in came back in, and still no greeting or acknowledgment. They are extremely rude and the customer in front of me even tried being kind to them and they basically ignored him as well (I am hoping it's not for the reason it might have been considering the times we are in). The prices are good, but the service and professionalism were atrocious. They even had someone behind the counter that I assumed worked there only to find out it was a friend who mocked a customer when I asked why they had to stand in the store with no one speaking to them. I requested a refund of my money. I will not patronize a place that is rude to customers and seem to not care about business.
