Wonderful customer service and they treated me like family even gave me money when I bought a PlayStation 5 for under $400 and found out the controller wasn’t working. They game me the money for the controller because they knew I got it for a gift for someone for the holiday! Mad respect and happy holidays! Thanks you!

Instead of trying to rip me off, the guy there told me exactly what to do to get the most money for my item. He calculated exactly how much I could get for it too. Kind & honest people here.

Nothing to look at ..not a dam thing...went in to see what tools they had .the whole store was empty with nothing worth looking...I was going to pawn my tools there but they weren't even interested....looks like a front... worst pawn shop I ever seen...can't believe there in business

This was my first time going to a pawn shop and they made me feel very welcomed. I went to Victory Pawn Shop to sell a chanel ring. They authenticated the ring and informed me to use Offer Up. I greatly appreciated it because they also measured the ring and gave me the exact size of it. Instead of buying the ring at a lower price they pointed me in the right direction to get the most money out of it. I recommend Victory Pawn Shop to anybody, they will for sure take care of you.

They told me they're basically only buying gold, just as a heads up. Came in with camera, Tiffany necklaces and fine silver and they didn't even glance at anything. They were nice though.

My first time experience at a pawnshop. Both Gary and Marina were Superb. All the reviews are true. Which is how I found this shop in the first place. They are honest, genuine, the sweetest people to meet. They both really took the time to ensure the value of my gold and gave me the max amount I was looking for. They walked me through the entire process. Which was pretty cool. I highly recommend them. Best Pawn shop. Go check them out. Aloha, Jade Btw Thank You Gary for the Armenian water. Lol.

This was my first experience ever with doing business with a pawn shop and I only came thanks to their reviews!! They are definitely worth the 5-star rating!! They offered the absolute best customer service and really took the time to weigh and test every piece of gold, silver and diamonds that was brought in. I'm so impressed with this family-owned business.

Gary is top notch and as of this moment the top customer service person I can remember ever running into. I leave feeling better every time I visit. I’ve made multiple purchases here. I see him treating every customer with incredible respect and friendly service. He speaks some 6 languages which he’s learned to connect with different customers.I feel like I’d love to hang around this shop just to pick up on how he treats customers as it’s rare. Even me who is always working in customer service, reading and learning, I consider Gary a master at the art. It sounds cheesy, but watching him work is like watching masterpieces be painted for me. The world would be better with more service people like him. It’s a small shop that seems family oriented. Art seems nice too but I’ve mostly dealt with Gary.

Gary & Arthur are the best father and son team you can imagine during an emotional and pressing time of need. They make you feel comfortable with leaving your items and guarantee not to sell them by constantly calling and mailing to make sure they track you down. They are funny & know most of their customers by name which is very welcoming. They are absolutely a pleasure to work with. Thank you guys
