Best shop experience! š¹ Specially the drive in convenience of just coming and dropping off my car due to my busy scheduleā¦I love the fact that they have an in house appraiser for Infinity Insurance in the shop too makes it way easier! recommended for sure š thank you Jenny and Tahiri overall customer service from beginning to end was great! š happy to have my car back ā„ļøā„ļø awesome finish šÆ

Victors auto collision was very professional and a breath of fresh air Iād add, I went to 7 different auto shops to get a quote on my 2008 Camry after I got into a 3 way car accident getting hit from my back and front 4 of the shops said they could not do anything and that my car was totaledā¦3 of them gave me quotes to which I felt was not in my favor I went to victors not only did he give me a quote he said and I quote āIāll have her brand new for you give me 3 days.ā He stayed firm to his word and I when I got my car it drove and looked like it never had been scratched. They earned a lifetime customer out of me!

I painted my car for more than a year and the truth is a bad job, insurance work and very poorly repaired, painted and assembled, the driver's door has failed me since they took it apart, when I went to pick up my car they delivered it to me dirty and poorly painted without emblems in El Baul and they told me that they would call me when they had it and they never called me, I showed them how bad it was and they got angry. Even the workers came out to contradict me, I really regret it. seeing it gone, I don't recommend it

Don't take your car there is the worst mistake I ever made. They promised me to fix my truck in two weeks and they ended up taking 2 months. At the end they didn't even finish my truck the way it was supposed to be. Don't make any deals with Andrew,Julio and Victor will steal your money.

Exceptional Service and Outstanding Results!
We recently had the (questionable) pleasure of taking our 2018 Ford Explorer to Victorās Auto Collision for some body work, and we couldnāt be happier with the experience!
From the moment we walked in, I was greeted by a professional and friendly staff who made the entire process seamless. They kept us informed every step of the way, including timeline and cost.
The quality of the work was great. Our Ford Explorer looks as good as new, and even when we inspected the vehicle before releasing it, they we're more than happy to address our concern and provide a fix on the spot (the door needed some small adjustment).
To top it all off, Victorās Auto Collision offers a warranty on their work for as long as we own the car. This added peace of mind is invaluable and speaks volumes about the confidence they have in their craftsmanship, I respect it.
Customer service was also great and every interaction was pleasant, and they went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.

Highly recommended!!
They did a really great job. My car looks like new!! They replaced the damaged parts with new original parts. They handle all insurance paperwork and the supplemental that were needed. Before giving your car back, they wash and detail it. They were very nice, courteous, and provided prompt answers when called for updates. I'm truly impressed with their work. By the way, they even give you a ride back home when dropping you car

The finest customer service of any collision shop I have been to.
They are thorough, detailed, and to say they are friendly would be a gross understatement. Whilst conducting business with them I nearly felt like family.
Upon arrival they must have sensed my frustration as I was dealing with an insurance claim and knew how much of a headache these things can be. But all of my concerns were put to rest throughout the entire process.
Everyone was amazing. From the front desk all the way to the owner!
I would recommend Victor's Auto Collision to anyone without reservation! They have earned my respect and my business.

Would not recommend.
Unfortunately had a really terrible experience with this body shop. Like another review, I had a minor bump incident which I was told it would be only a week or two. Nope. It was later then revealed to me that there was a lot more damage inside. Causing the time frame to go from 2 weeks to 4 weeks. Fine. It is what it is. Halfway through the repair I was then informed that there is a policy limit so therefore there was a possibly that I would have to pay out of pocket for an accident that was not my fault. Through the entire process communication could not be more chaotic. I talked to 4 different people just to get 4 different stories. Finally as we were getting to end I was informed that they will not release the car until they receive payment from the insurance company. So not only did they lie about having my car ready for pickup, but now I might have to extend my rental causing more money out of my pocket. Finally, the day I had to pick up my car and pay for the amount I needed to they tried to charge me a credit card fee when I specifically got confirmation from two employees that they were going to waive it. Of course when I got there "they could not find any notes of it" all of a sudden. So then I had to argue with them for 10 more minutes to finally have them be accountable for their mistakes. If want to go to this shop, please be careful and sadly, be on top of their butts about updates. They will not take accountability. Would strongly not recommend this place.

I had a rather poor experience with them when I was sent here by my insurance company. Had a minor rear bumper accident and was told it will be fixed within a couple of days however they lack providing update on the status of my car and I had to be the one calling them to see why itās taking so long. The front lady Evon is also not helpful upon calling I was immediately put on a hold without her saying a word. Lack of courtesy. Maybe thatās why sheās fat and ugly (karma) I would recommend going somewhere else as they donāt take care of the customers theyāre just money hungry.
