Evidently customer service is not a priority at this location. Purchased an item less than 90 days ago on 9/18/23 and never used it, so wanted to return it. Their policy is 60 days for returns and would not even return it for store credit. Item is still carried at the location. They have lost a customer for life over $27. Was recommend PetSmart for future purchase.

I was a little nervous after reading the reviews, but came here bc it's the closest one. Plus, I only use Petco brand cat litter... loads of litter. Corinne is a stand-out employee! This woman is wearing a back support brace for a reason... she's helped me to my car multiple times, frequently lifting 120 to 220 lbs of cat litter. It's obnoxious that I order so much cat litter at once, but the DEALS r crazy when I buy in bulk and order online for pick-up. And it's a good workout. Anyways, I very much appreciate this Petco's wide aisles and Corinne / the staff.

This place was such a mess. Very dirty public bathrooms probably hadn't been serviced in a very long time. Went to use the self wash service, the shampoo and conditioner they supply were watered down to nothing. I have a small Jack Russell and I needed to use half a bottle just to get lather. The employees were quite unfriendly and I was disappointed with their service. I chalked it up to "what the hell does 20$ get you these days?" And "someone's having a bad day" but the customer service and cleanliness needs to be addressed. Thanks for reading.

Amazing brought two hermit crabs, and they're doing great! Not really expensive, this one on the photo changed his shell already! This is one of the best petco!

Omg run for your life. Unhelpful, rude and not helpful. When you're paying 3.00+ for a can of cat food, please know that premium is totally for nothing nothing nothing.Oh and they say they'll take the food back but NOTE: you have to bring the can with the food still in it. So if I have 3 different cans of food, they have to sit in your fridge (some molding) to work through each can that works or doesn't. THEN bring it back in. How I'm not sure unless you want to get that stench all over the place or go in each day a can doesn't work for a 2.79 refund. Forget it. Lol. What can I say, I wish I could leave zero stars. The ONLY reason I've even stepped foot back in here is because of the distance from my house, otherwise this place is a joke. Customer service is awful, the people working here have no knowledge of pretty much anything, so there's that. The manger is an idiot and I've never had anything easy or great happen here, my orders are messed up every single time by the cashier at the time lol... I can't I just can't. Don't go here guys, I mean if you HAVE TO then ya sure- but literally any place even the Ralphs pet section is better than this location! Thanks for nothing petco!

I came in for fish for my aquarium and was surprised at the condition of many of the tanks and the number of dead fish. The tanks are usually much better.

This is the second time I took my small dog 18 lbs to be groomed. We had to wait over 4 hours to pick her up. No one answers the phone and we went back twice. Never again.

Had an incident after taking my dog to the groomer... Long story short she had a bad allergic reaction to a product, which resulted in a skin rash and a vet visit. Super unfortunate and unlucky, but what I'm here to review is the great customer service. Thank you to the grooming manager, Fiamma, and the store GM, Jessica. In a high-stress time around the holidays, you went above and beyond to put my dog's health first. Too often you get complaints, so I want to compliment the store's commitment to pets and the ease of working together to make sure my girl was in better health. THANK YOU!

For aquarium owners: avoid buying live fish from this store. Poor customer service (always understaffed) and usually many dead fish in multiple tanks. Was sold two decomposing nerite snails that I didn't notice were rotting until I got home, opened the bag, and smelled the rot. Really good selection of supplies, though.

I want to know who's bright idea is it to sell poisonous house plants at Petco. I walked in and can automatically spot three houseplants that are toxic to dogs/cats. Known to cause severe diarrhea, vomiting, and swelling. Maybe I'm just being paranoid but they have no place being at a pet store. If they want to educate the public that's one thing but these plants were on the floor where any fur baby can get to it if they have the chance. If it's to make an extra buck then shame on you petco, find another way. No need to sell poisonous plants at a pet store.

First time taking my relative doggy to this Petco and had a wonderful experience. The receptionist and the grommet were great. They grommed my little guy just how the mommy requested. Very pleased with the service. Thank you so much!

This is my 4th time and last time being turned away because something is wrong with their facility. Either the water isn't working. Their washer and dryer wasn't working so they can't offer you towels, the blowers aren't working, today they are short staffed so they don't have anyone to clean it. It's been a waste of time coming and none of the staff know which other petco offers self wash and the only option is to call each one and wait on hold. Just simple bad customer service.

Fiamma is awful. I will not be bringing my dog to her ever again and I will not be supporting this business any longer. I have been taking my dog to this petco for grooming for 2 years and never had an issue until she started working there. Steer clear
