Not helpful, been their customer for two phone lines and home internet and right now just want to disconnect everything and never do any business with them. The guy in a glasses that is working there- rude, unprofessional, disrespectful. The way he talks to customers is absolutely unacceptable and leaves horrible feeling. Not recommending.

So I went twice today once in the morning and only two people are working and it’s busy so we wait we asked our questions and they couldn’t help us so we left came back a few hours later to see if they could help me Activate my phone they said oh no we can’t that phone won’t work on Verizon mind you I had ordered a phone on Saturday the new 15 Pro and it was supposed to arrive today and I called for some reason it won’t be arriving till Thursday so I am buying a cheap phone for the meantime, and the part that pisses me was not the rudeness of the gentleman I had brought my two-year-old and you know it’s frustrating as it is it is not having a phone trying to buy a cheap phone wasting money because Verizon is taking their sweet time to deliver my new phone. He was more bothered by my two-year-old touching the cheap frames that are hanged up and I had already told my daughter to stop and come near me twice and he said and I quote she needs to stop.

OMG, worst experience I had with a Verizon store. They locked the doors way before their business hours listed on Google Maps. I drove over 30 minutes for nothing! I hope they learn to treat Verizon customers better in the future.

my 88 year old mom purchase a phone with a 30 day return policy, they refused to accept the return even though she went to corporate office and said they should except the return. where she opened the box they was a slight rip so therefore denied the return. i say they get a f minus...the box was not destroyed, just a slight tear. i have never heard of a store not excepting returns. shame on them...apparently they are owned individually and verizen does not inforce their policy's shame on them!...nate is the manager at this location that helped her. he could have accepted it, he had the right to do so...but instead she got a fu..good luck with that.

Nate wasn't helpful at all. I wanted to leave a review because he actually sent me to go to another Verizon. I actually did not believe him so I called Verizon customer service and they were actually able to help me and Nate information was completely wrong. You can tell he's a lazy employee As I arrived , there was only 1 employee helping a customer and Nate was in the back. I did not see him until 4 more Customers decided to arriving in the store. I guess just go to another Verizon that actually want to help you? Instead of sending you off to another .

If I could give zero I would Eusevio is a liar and a scam. I got a phone here in November he said they would credit AT&T $300 to break my contract with them not once did he ever mention I had to get a gift card on the app to send to AT&T then proceeded to lie and say that the promotion I had "expires" like wtf I called Verizon themselves and they said there is no such thing as a promotion expiring with them, he had also lied to me about being able to go to a different Verizon to exchange my phone if I didn't like the color. I went to a different Verizon to do just that just to be told this location is a franchise not corporate so that's something that they don't tell you seems like eusevio is just a scam and wants your money, and lies to get just that I felt like he took advantage of me so now I have to pay AT&T back thanks to his lies. So disappointing

Melanie, Nate, and Crystal were the most amazing customer service ever. They helped my mom get a phone when no other Verizon stores would. Don’t go to any other location with this one. These people are rock stars. Thank you so much we couldn’t have done it without you.

Trash service .. walked in and two young ladies were sitting at their desk.. told them we were new customers wanted to hear about the deals and see phones .. not one got up looked at phones .... had to walk over to one of then only to tell me no deals just credits for any lines ..mind u it was empty!!!!! Guess the deals are online with robots given you the customer service ?♀️

I am a Verizon customer for about 20 years, and I was living in Sylmar Hills California. My cell phones did not have signal at all at that area. I open a small business 5 years ago. In august 2023, customers were calling me at my cell phones lines I was not getting calls at all day. I went Verizon store they gave me a Wi-Fi box to fix the problem in my house and I upgrade a new cell phone the day and it didn't work. October 2023, I moved to Sherman Oaks, CA the signal is even worse I went back to Verizon store to return the Wi-Fi box because it didn't fix the problem, I started use my landlord's Wi-Fi, Verizon Wi-Fi doesn't work at all at my new house and they have been sending me from one store to another and to customer service department they are refusing to help me to return the Wi-Fi box. This Company is not providing good service as 20 years ago Verizon company was n.1 in the phone lines market in customer service not anymore. Everyone be careful with Verizon is horrible the customer service at this moment.

Horrible service and attitude from the bold guy with glasses and beard he’s in the the picture on these reviews. I will never return or do business at this location again, need to find employees who actually like to work and aren’t miserable while working ?

Was trying to find out if my SIM card was bad or if my phone was having issues. I went to another Verizon reseller near my house and they told me that I'd have to purchase the SIM card for $30 and that if my issues wasn't the SIM card, the $30 isn't refundable, they also didn't have the new phone I wanted and didn't offer any alternate solutions, so I left. Came to this Verizon store and I told Nate P. l needed to buy a new SIM card because my phone is having issues when I put in my SIM card my phone and he asks me if he can test it for me.. he did infront of me and 1 minute later we know the issue was my phone and that I shouldn't buy a new SIM card because it won't fix my issue. Saved me $30 bucks! I ended up getting my replacement phone second hand from a friend, but Nate's my go to for any future issues or sales.

Poor customer service. I walked in and there were 2 employees, each dealing with their own customer. There was no acknowledgement whatsoever - no "hello, no "we'll be right with you".....NOTHING. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed they were too busy, so I walked around the store for about 5 minutes, then sat down. Another 5 minutes pass and another customer walks in and he receives the same treatment as me; no acknowledgement whatsoever. I waited another 5 minutes to see if any of the employees would place us on a waiting list but they went about their business as if the customers they were tending to were the only human beings alive on the face of the earth. I've always wondered why this location is always empty (I frequent the Ace Hardware that shares the parking lot with this Verizon) and now I know why.

The bad reviews tell the truth. Extremely disappointed.The worst experience with a phone company. They charged me about $1000 in bills the first month!!!!!!Wouldn’t matter if the quality would be worth it.For internet that is slower than cable internet in 1990-s early 2000s. You cannot even check your emails if you connect with your laptop. You have to turn the wifi off on your phone for it to work, because the damn hotspot device is so slow it kills.Every time you click to connect, takes you to the login page that takes 5 mins to load with that internet speed.When you go to the store, the liars make it look like you are getting the cheapest greatest deal.They write on the paper what you are getting, monthly, after your discounts kick in after second month, which looks like really cheap. Then they give you a paper to sign about the rest of the fees that are not brought up during conversation and all together makes up a huge fee that you are not aware of when signing. The fees they add up and show you with “discounts” don’t match what you pay. Even if you do pay “discounted” fees after the second month, if you divide what you paid the first month to the rest of the year, comes up huge price that no phone company ever charges you for any service.No phone company has such high “activation fees”.They become very defensive, absolutely no empathy, nothing. Nate seems nice at first, then he rushes you out and makes you feel they are wasting their time and you are unwelcome customer if you go there for something they promised to do over the phone but were too busy to do.Needless to say the hotspot internet device costs $350 which you can find by $70 online.Non refundable after 1 month, which nobody tells you specifically when you take it, but they hide it in the agreement they give you to sign. Even speaking with that guy is traumatizing experience. Very rude.Very unfair policies to the customers. They bait you to buy the worst services. No more verizon for me anymore that’s for sure. The worst phone company ever.

Just came back from the store at 5916 Sepulveda Blvd. I wanted to change to a new phone , there was an employee named Nate he was very rude didn't let me talk he refused to serve me! This used to be my store for over 10 years. I will never go back.
