We found Van Nuys Autoworks a few weeks ago and we're so happy we brought our 2011 Toyota Camry here. The attention and service we were given from Chris and Harry was phenomenal. Great friendly service. I haven’t lived in LA very long and have had trouble with my truck a few times. Every time I bring it in they have fast service, great prices, and treat you like family. I’ve recommended Autoworks to numerous friends and everyone is satisfied with the outcome.

We found Van Nuys Autoworks on Google Maps and after seeing the very good reviews, we decided to trust our 2011 Toyota Camry that had a Timing Chain rattling sound in the engine. Chris and Harry were super helpful and the communication with them was something other repair shops don't bother to have now a days. We took the car on Monday morning and the estimated time by Chris was to have it ready by Thursday, but on Wednesday afternoon he called to inform me that the car was fixed and ready to be picked up. This would definitely be my go to shop from now on, for my car maintenance and repairs. Thank you again Chris and Harry for your help and for the reasonable quote $

Excellent experience here. They are full service and do it all. I went there for a brake and light certification as required by the state for my salvage vehicle.
Initial visit they gave me a short list of things to fix, ebrake, fog lights and read brake pads. I fixed it all and came back two weeks later. I was kind of surprised that they check the work quickly and gave me the certificate. I was expecting some sort of catch or extra purchase necessary. But they were super honest and nice so I’d def recommend them!

Van Nuys autoworks is indeed my favorite car workshop because of their good attitude, transparent business practice and ability to get the job done. I bought a used car and ask Chris to inspect it for me. They cleared the car and the next day some issue appeared in the car. They fixed it all without charging me an extra penny. That shows they have their priority right. Highly recommend it.

I love these guys. Ari and his crew are true car lovers and experts at what they do. Ultra professional, but also genuinely friendly. I was in and out of there in no time at all. Price was very reasonable. If you're tired of dealing with the clowns at the local dealership, the long waits, the obscene prices, and always feeling like you're getting robbed, go see these guys. Highest recommendation.

These guys are so amazing it is difficult to detail. Chris will FIND the answer and do everything to minimize the costs wherever possible. Repair, service, even tires and rims, he and his team make it happen. They are such nice, honest people, it's almost impossible to match. My first encounter was with a bad spark plug that the dealer wanted 1800 to repair and Chris isolated it to one plug, total 500. I have been going to this shop ever since. Even after moving to the South Bay, it is worth the drive to be in such trustworthy and competent hands Love these people!

I love this place and really appreciate how great these guys are! I price checked the work I needed done on my A/C and they not only beat the price but really impressed me with their honesty and general good natured mechanics and staff. I would drive out of my way to come to these guys and am definitely going to be recommending them to everyone I know.Update: I've been coming here for years and swear by these guys!

Harry and guys over at Van Nuys Autoworks are top notch. I have a car that I enjoy taking to the race track. A week prior to a track day I had the car serviced at the dealership so that all was in order for the beating it was going to take on the track. As I started to get ready to leave for the track, I noticed a few drops of oil on my drive way. Not good...my car has a known issue that the oil filter will backoff if not torqued properly. I called a few places close to me, as I needed to lift the car to have the filter torqued down. This was on a Friday afternoon. After a few shops said they couldn't do it I found Van Nuys Autoworks...Harry told me to be at the shop in about an hour. Upon arrival, he came out, greeted me, lifted the car and handled the filter issue (it was very loose). His crew even checked a few other loose ends as they understood I was headed to the track and are car enthusiasts themselves. I owe a huge thank you to Harry and the guys...I'm super thankful they were able to squeeze me in and avoid what would have possibly been a disaster.
