Valley Coach was our 3rd dealer while we were looking for a used car in LA and luckily for us – the last one. The office is not big but thanks to that there is friendly atmosphere. The car was in a really good condition – from the technic side, outside and inside as well, there was nothing to complain about. Whole staff was super nice for us especially that regarding our non-immigration visa the buying process had to look a little different than the “normal” one. The management agreed to keep the car for us for few days, so we could come back with necessary paperwork after 3 days with no worries that somebody would buy chosen car in the meantime. In Valley Coach everybody is really helpful and honest. I really recommend them! If one day we decide to change the car, we will definitely start looking for one in Valley Coach ?

Robert and Gaby made purchasing a car so easy! I'd been dreading buying a car at a dealer due to high pressure places in the past. They had the car i had been looking at on their showroom floor and we checked it out while having a great conversation with Robert. We had a lot in common, both being guitar players, and he was so helpful showing us the car.
I made an appointment to test drive the car the next day, and Gaby went with me. sharing all the fine points on the Audi. Gaby is a car aficionado - really knows his stuff and was low pressure and super helpful. Financing was a breeze and I had great conversations with the team there as we went over the paperwork. Gaby had new tires put on it, and gave me tips on driving and servicing Audis.
I got a great deal and a fantastic car.

I bought a Toyota Camry from Valley Coach in September. I had already been to several dealerships before I called Valley Coach. The price of the car was resonable, so I called about it.What a surprize! Gabby was informative about the car, professional, and not pushy. Buying from Valley Coach was a pleasure!The car I bought rides very comfortably and is in excellent condition. Gabby did everything to help me....especially his patience when the money was coming from a trust and they were slow getting the money to Valley Coach!!I have told my friends and people I do business with how great my experience was and how happy I am. We all need a break from pushy car salesmen. Valley Coach is the ticket!

Awesome guys, honest, not pushy at all, very laid back. I got my mom a VW Passat from here. The car was in incredible condition, literally brand new. Highly recommend this dealer for used cars.

It's been around 7-8 months I purchased the vehicle back in December of 2022! I've waited months to to leave a review Becuase I wanted to wait and see if what I purchased was as promised . 2007 Lexus GS350 when I purchased it I believe it had around 53-54k miles it's now around 65k miles and man great car great condition love it ! No engine issues, I've did my own maintenance engine,trans,diff fluid at lube station to keep track of the maintenance. Thanks to the valley coach team for this amazing car . sorry I took long to leave a review but I just wanted to assure my purchase was a good deal!!! As you can see I did a few mods to the car I purchased it stock !!!Thanks once again !

I must have missed the memo regarding car shopping being fun! Before heading over to Valley Coach Co. I went to a few places, and was literally disgusted. Meeting Robert from Valley Coach Co. was heaven sent. Robert had a nice selection of cars, in great condition with low miles. This was my first used car I purchased, and the process went smooth with Valley Coach Co. What you see is what you get from this company. No hidden costs or upcharges, they truly kept everything seamless and easy. I am overjoyed with my car. It's a temporary purchase until these ridiculous car prices and rates go down, but in the meantime I am extremely happy and love the high quality comfort this lovely X1 has brought me. I bought my Prius car here over a month ago with a limited budget for a preowned car. It was my first time and I was really nervous. Robert and Gabby were straight forward and they don’t charge hidden fees. I like that they are Trustworthy. My car looks very nice, clean and in good condition. I got to drive home my car same day. Gabby even showed us the features of the car before we got to take it home. I really loved it! I got a fair deal and they went extra mile to change my air filters and shipped my break pads within a weeks time. The transaction went smoothly and as planned. I was very satisfied. This is a very good family owned business and I would definitely recommend this car dealership with my family or friends. *i got a magnetic sticker to personalize my car*

Owner is a total thief and liar. Showroom is dirty and unkept, vehicles for sale are in the most horrible condition. Very shady operator preying on bad credit get me done clientele. Very sad and beware, shopping here will be to your detriment. Beware!

I bought my Z4 from Gaby about a month ago. My car developed some motor related issues. I took my car to the local BMW dealer and after they we through i was informed that there were a lot of problems. I called Gaby to inform him of the laundry list of problems. Gaby, said just get the car to his mechanic, Andres and we'll go over the issues. Once they investigated it was determined that there were mechanical problems Gaby took care of everything and now my car is back with me and I'm enjoying every minute. Because the car i bought from Gaby is a 2007, he could have easily told me i bought a used car and its sold 'as is', but he didn't. That speaks volumes and he is professional business man that i would refer anyone to.My only problem is that there are only 5 stars because he deserves 10+ stars.

I had a great experience with Gaby and Robert. It's not often that you find trustworthy and very honest car salesmen. They made the car buying process very easy. I bought a great car from them with full list of repairs and check-up and had no problems with getting all the paperwork done. They did not pressure me into making any decisions and made me feel comfortable at all points during the buying process. I love the car and wish them the best! 10/10 would recommend Valley Coach to anyone in the market for a solid used car.
