Horrible staff, I’m twice cancer patient and disabled person. Waiting for results is really frustrating, first they forgot to send my consent form to compare results after 3 weeks I had to go there myself 3 times because it’s almost impossible to reach them over the phone, promised to have results by certain days but something would always come up! Never going back there and not recommend to anyone! Front desk rude and unprofessional, just ignoring you and without even looking giving me the results no hi no bye no respect whatsoever . Worst experience ever, as twice cancer patient never I ever been treated like that before

Such a great office. My nurse, Maria, was so amazing! Definitely recommend this place. The surgeons are amazing.

Had two ultrasounds performed. Everyone was really nice. Kimberly the girl who performed them was thorough and picturesque while doing so!

Easy to find medical center . You do have to pay for parking. I was given excellent patient service. The medical clerks took the time to explain and were able to answer all my questions and concerns. They put me at ease with the process. Service like this is hard to find in the health care industry.

The mammo tech was wonderful, 5/5, the ultrasound tech was very unfriendly, the front desk girl was very rude, when I returned their call I waited for more than 45 min and got a lot of attitude. This office seems to have a “god complex” amongst the staff, which sadly I know is common with nurses, but wow, I will not be returning here ever again. Good luck to anyone who chooses to go here.

Great place but there’s room for improvement with customer service. They have poor phone etiquette. They also claim to have no way of uploading results to MyChart or any such help. They have to realize women are passionate about our bodies and we just want care with fairness.

They are usually pretty good about getting you in and out in a reasonable time. If you have an appt and it's your first time, allow extra 15-20 min before it to fill out paperwork. I've been going for years and still have to update annually. They are very efficient but block an hour to 1.5. They don't validate but there is parking slots available for pay. An hour and a half will run you about $5. Not bad. Building is easy to get to from there, no massive weaving or hallways.

Staff is super friendly and accommodating. You feel welcomed and they do all they can to make you feel comfortable. My tech was so sweet and made a not so fun experience easy and fast. Very clean as well.

One star is still to high to rate if I could id rate in the negatives, worse place to come! no compassion, no sympathy rude staff members. They disrespect the breast size of a women, they are rough with their patients, and everyone who had a bad experience should put in a "GRIEVANCE " so they can shut down this place! HORRIBLE!! AVOID IF POSSIBLE!
