The food is always old, the pork rinds are the worst, they have higher prices than other places. I recommend the Super in Sherman Way and Cold Weather. I just bought a pozole with plastic corn.

We love to go to Vallarta deli and food court so when we saw this on the way to our destination we decided to stop by. I was surprised when I got inside because the store is super small. Like 1/4 of the size of a normal Vallarta. They still had the hot food area so we went there to order. We waited for a bit as employees from other departments walked by but said nothing to us. Finally a man walked up he didn't greet us at all. As I ordered my taco plate he was very short with me. I asked if they had red salsa, and if I could have 2 green salsas and he didn't acknowledge my question about the red salsa. Ok. My husband brought one pan dulce and his tamales (which were in the front of the store and not near the hot food area as usual) to be rung up with my plate. He seemed to be annoyed to have to include those in our order. I brought a bottled drink for him to ring up as well. He just said NO! My husband said this too? He said "no, and pointed to the front." Ok. The lady ringing us up in the front was more friendly. We got our things and left. The tamales were just ok. Definitely more masa than filling. My taco plate was good. The rice was dry and hard. But the refried beans were well seasoned as well the chicken. However I DID need that extra salsa because the chicken was a little dry. There is a decent sized parking lot with a few little tables to eat outside if you so wish.

I came to buy vegetables and was craving a very good Salsa to add to my dinner for today, and to my dismay When I opened up this cabbage, there is black already rottening inside of it. I called the store for them to be aware, and to check the cabbages before other people start to complain. She offered me to exchange, but I don't have time for that anymore so this will do for now.
