The service was terrible. I was sitting on my balcony waiting for my USPS delivery from 4 to 7pm. At 5:17pm, the tracking updated to say "No Access to Delivery Location." The guys didn’t even show up. This is the fourth time this has happened to me with USPS.

Horrible location! How come a USPS doesn't have a parking lot, i got a parking ticket $63 just to drop off a package!

Hours are not as listed. Lobby is locked by 3:30PM despite saying the lobby is open for drop offs till 5.

If you open a place for business, by law they require bathrooms, in this place, Van Nuys mega passport office as they call themselves, they send you to Taco Bell if you want to use a bathroom.
Do Democratic legislators care about their voters?
And it's always an endless line, couldn't you create ways so that it's not what California is?
Third world countries have better conditions.

A package was marked as “delivered” but I never received it. I made a claim and made several calls, each time the guy on the line would give me an excuse and said he would leave a note to the supervisor “Andrew” and he has NEVER called me back about my missing package. I have only talked to Andrew once on the phone by pure luck, who said he would call me back “as soon as possible” about my case.Over 3 weeks later and nothing. And based on reviews here it seems like missing packages and incompetent staff is a reoccurrence here.

I am really getting sick of USPS. $30 for next day delivery is not free and here we are, the next day. Delivery is going to take who knows how much time as it just sits at the airport waiting for people to deliver on their promise. Don’t forget UPS and FedEx exists folks. USPS needs stronger competition. I wonder if the aforementioned companies are this incompetent

I have been trying to call and get ahold of someone for the past 2 days. I tried calling 10 times, all at different times of the day. No one ever answers and I get a notice “the mailbox is full”. Guess if you can’t go there in-person, you are out of luck.
