Previously They would be able to send my priority express mail and it would take only one day until delivery...Now somebody there or up in Oregon dropped the ball and it's already 2 days later and the package still hasn't been delivered:(No bad weather is going on and Next day service should be next day service)

the only downfall here is parking but what's new.. Other then that the staff were very friendly. Oh there's a taco ? stand too ?

This is insane , there is only 2 person for the passport and a big line because there is only 4 locations in LA that you can make your new passport. I am no sure what they call this location mega passport facility. People are waiting for 6 hr with kids. Welcome to America!

Sent 2 day parcel from Chandler, Arizona to that location. What could be easier? Started to worry after 7 days of not arrival. Asked recipient to stop by: they said it never left the Phoenix. Started investigation with no result, called today and they just said: you know the whole truck was stolen. What an unprofessional attitude!

I was In N out less than 20 minute and I was getting a passport for me and my daughter the lady at the front will help you if you have any mistakes on you document and Alex was also a great help ,never go in as a walk in you will be there for hours appointment only

Was long line to renew my passport 4hrs waiting but only one of the staff was working fast taking care of most of the clients one in the exit door the other employees was working slow.,

Charlotte is a 5 star employee. She handled my business quick, made me laugh, was so friendly and kind. I was amazed at the efficiency of the staff at this location. I went on tax day and the line was like 70 deep and only took 20 minutes to get through. Charlottes a star though, pay her more.

Very good service, but the wait is very long from 10 to 5 in the afternoon, bring your chairs and food because it is very long

One of the clerks is downright rude every single time we go here.Today she insisted this post office works differently from all the other USPS offices in the area and refused to print us a label for our package, she gave us a pen and told us to go get back in the line we already waited half an hour in, saying to write on the side of the box instead of just printing us a label (or even giving us 30 seconds to write on the box).No one likes working in customer service but damn you can't even do the simplest part of your job?

This location does not deserve a star at all. Poor customer service. Lady in blue who is helping to sort out the application called my brother an idiot cause he forgot to bring his id. She does not know how to smile and she looks like she depressed. She shouldnt be around nice people. She’s a bad apple. Rude and disrespectful.
