“I followed their incredible instagram before going into the store - and had already been impressed by their knowledge and the depth of the offerings - it was nothing compared to what they have in store! It is so beautiful and well designed! The selection of vintage designer dresses is like nothing I have ever seen, even in LA - and I have worked in some high end vintage places. The quality is beyond incredible and the owner happened to be there and talking to her and going through the pieces with her was such a treat! This is going to be my number one place for special occasions and I'll definitely be stopping by more regularly to start bolstering my personal collection as well! Street parking was easy too!”

“I have been here several times and have made a purchase every time. They always have something new to look at. Both old and new pieces. There are so many cute glasses, pottery, candles, vases etc... I purchased four small Wallace bowls that I loved. Perfect for dips, olives, oils .... Great addition to my collection. Prices vary depend on what you are getting. You can easily find great deals here and also high priced items. You gotta do your research. Customer service is usually good here.”
“I cant believe that Ive been coming to this store for like 7 years and it FINALLY DAWNED ON ME TO WRITE A REVIEW??! This store is soooo elegant and FULL of splendor and amazing curated vintage and modern pieces. It reminds me of a high end box of chocolates where the box and wrapping and ribbon is so elegant that you feel guilty for eating the candy lol. This place is my guilty pleasure. The decadence comes from the decor and selection but the sweetness comes from the staff. Its a small staff but they work hard to help you find what you are looking for and what you didnt even know you needed in your wardrobe! lol. The owners Marie and Ian are very kind and down to earth and have treated me so well all these years. I am truly grateful to them for helping my little collection of awesome vintage grow. “My two teenage grandson loved this place. So much so they wanted to go back. We went back Monday morning. The website said they open at 11, the sign on the door said they opened at 11. But it was 11:15 and they weren’t open. We went across the street and got something to eat while we waited but they still weren’t open at noon. I called the other locations that also said they opened at 11 but none answered their phones. My guess is they aren’t open on Mondays and they need to update their website and sign in the door. Other than that we will most definitely go again.”
“My favorite place for unique finds. I've been to other flea markets but they are always too vintage for me. Melrose tends to have more reworked vintage which is what I really tend to look for. I love it here.”

“Wow...such a beautiful store with lots of gems that you can't see anywhere else! We were referred by a friend of ours, and so to our delight, had a wonderful time looking through the vintage treasures. This is not your typical vintage clothing store. Everything has great style, uniqueness, and a vast array of clothing, shoes, jewelry, accessories. We purchased some favorites, and will be back again! Great service too! Highly recommend!”
“Wear it once is not a huge store but somehow most of the time we find what we're looking for. We've gotten tap shoes, rain boots, snow jackets, as well as regular play and fancy clothes for the kids. Thanks to the store I can be environmentally friendly while getting clothes for the kids that they love.”
“One of my absolute favorites! I’m a second hand, thrifting, vintage lover. This shop is conveniently located by the 405 and 101 and always has parking. Really great stuff, especially house goods and cool vintage clothes. I decorated my wedding with thrifted dishes, glassware, cake holder, etc. I got some great pieces here and a cute brown leather belt. I have also donated my gently used items here. I’m an animal lover so I really love that it’s for animals! ???”

“This place is pretty much everything you grew up with plus 40 years of what your grandparents had before you were born. We left with a vintage wizard hat and a Skotch Kooler and I can't wait to go back and get one of the old Coleman lanterns. Last visit I scored the old Burger King Return of the Jedi glasses. Owners are super nice and you can tell they love having the shop. This place will take you back in time.”
“I’ve been going to this store for years! The owner Kathleen and her staff are so friendly and inviting. I understand that there may be times where everyone is busy dealing with a customer and may not be able to greet or assist immediately, if you you stick around, you usually can have your custom costume for your event be pieced by piece in their wonderful and electic shop.They don’t sell prepackaged costumes. They sell collectible vintage and costumes ranging from used studio wardrobe to home made costumes made with love and the special touch.Halloween is super busy in there, so sometimes I see seasonal staff such as the man at the checkout stand to help fill in the gaps since there are few costume specialists on hand.It’s a family owned buisness. I’ve always felt welcomed to share my costuming ideas as well as share my personal life with them. As an Asian person of color and as well as a gay guy, I feel pretty comfortable in the shop. Kathleen is so warm and genuinely welcoming, I think I’ve spent half a day in their several times just catching up with her. She’s so lovely if you get a chance to have her assist you.I’ve never left the store empty handed. And I always leave with a smile.I had to count my change twice today because I realized her prices were so good that I saved a lot of money by making Junk For Joy my first stop!”

I had only found this bridal shop via a Google search looking for a particular dress -- I couldn't find a sample anywhere else nearby! Desiree started the appointment with a conversation of how many dresses I had tried on thus far and what I was looking for. She pulled the particular dress I came to see as well as a few others with similarities and that were in my price range. Desiree was so professional, well-informed on the various dresses in the shop, and honestly was a delight to work with.
