This place rocks. We bought a vanity and a custom-made cabinet to match. Both pieces are just gorgeous. We could not be happier with the follow up and customer care provided by Jacob and their manufacturer. Great work and great help to resolve minor issues. We are so pleased!

I would rate our overall experience as a 10 if I could! From the moment we entered the showroom to the delivery of our vanities the customer service, bar none, was top notch! We will be remodeling another bathroom after the first of the year, we will go directly to Urban Bathroom! The quality of our vanities was first class and we had shopped around for months! 10 out of 10!

My experience with Jacob of Urban Bathrooms was outstanding from start to finish. I went there in search of a vanity for my new bathroom and I was very impressed with their beautiful showroom that has everything one might need for a bathroom with many options to choose from at good prices. I ended up not only buying a beautiful vanity and sink, but also a faucet and shower kit. Jacob was so easy to work with and even though I changed my mind from the original order, nothing was a problem. It was obvious Jacob wanted to make me happy (which he did) and he worked with me to change and finalize my order. His customer service is superb as Jacob went above and beyond with all aspects of the sale and he made sure all was delivered to me in a few days. I love the vanity, including the hardware, faucet and shower kit. If you’re looking to update your bathroom, you owe it to yourself to check out Urban Bathrooms. Thank you Jacob!

I highly recommend urban bathroom. Jacob was absolutely amazing in holding my hand and answering a million questions about different faucet and fixture options for a bathroom. He was also honest on product quality, and when paying higher price just isn't worth it for certain items. He even coordinated directly with my contractor. Exceptionally competitive on price, but unlike working with larger companies such as Pirch, he provided a one on one personalized experience. I live in Orange County and he was able to work remotely with me. 5 stars for Urban Bathroom!

Had a really incredible experience here. Jacob the owner is not only friendly, he goes above and beyond to be helpful and accommodate exactly what I needed for an unusual space. The results are just breathtaking. 10/10 recommend! Gorgeous showroom too.

Can't say enough good things about this business and the owner, Jacob! He was beyond helpful with solving a problem I had with an unusual vanity space. I must've had 20 or more interactions with him over the course of my first call to the final install, and each one was pleasant and courteous. He was never too busy to talk to me and I felt like a very important customer. Most of all, the results are quite simply stunning. I love the quality of this vanity and the beautiful countertop and sink. Really so happy with the way the bathroom renovation turned out.

Nice show room, family owned (dad and son). I had the pleasure to work with Jacob, very professional and nice. I'm doing a full house remodel, I got some faucets and shower heads. Also! They carry tile which was a very pleasant surprise. Very well priced overall great experience and great small business to support.
