Expecting 2 of 2 packages today and only 1 was delivered. Second package still says out for delivery. Driver who dropped off my package said he couldn't find the 2nd one on his truck. It's now 7:50pm on Aug 20 and my package still says out for delivery. This is a part I'm having installed on my Jeep tomorrow and have only half the set to complete install. May have to cancel my appt. Thanks UPS for sucking.

I didn't go into the store just use the mailbox and it works perfect, they picked up my package a few hours later.

Terrible UPS Service - Avoid at All Costs!
This is an absolute nightmare! I've been trying to catch the courier for days to get my package, but no luck. I’ve called customer support multiple times, but they’re completely useless—no help whatsoever. There’s no way to reach anyone who can actually solve the problem. The lack of communication and proper service is appalling! I’ll never use UPS again, and I strongly advise everyone else to avoid them too! This is the worst delivery experience I've ever had!

I arranged to have my musical instrument picked up at the main customer center. I went there and their employee looked up into the system and said that the package was not there even though I received an email stating that it was ready for pick up! This is insane, I attempted to call customer service the first representative just put me on hold for 20 minutes and never got back to me so I was thrown back into the queue again The next representative at least followed through to get the manager of the facility to call me within the hourwhat’s wrong with UPS?

First, they deliver packages that don't get delivered. Then you don't have an option to get your package held at UPS location, you have to contact your seller. And when you finally spend a lot of your time doing that your package is held 6 miles away and open 10am -2pm. Insane, I hope my sellers will soon switch to fedex or usps. So so inconvenient.

Impossible to get a hold of a agent. once I did they said one of there supervisor will call me in a hour never did my package was supposed to be delivered on the 7/8/24 and now it’s says on the website delivery date will be provided soon as possible

I normally don’t ever leave reviews but dang.. they absolutely suck so bad. They lied about “attempted delivery”. Didn’t even notify me of anything. I got an update only because I had requested one. I tried calling several times. Automated system kept telling me I “can’t speak to a representative right now”. I went through actual hell trying to get through to speak to someone and have been on hold. Didn’t get anywhere. My delivery had already been late on top of all of this. Highly regret ever ordering something. Absolutely never happening again. They have caused so much stress for absolutely no reason. At this point I’d be okay to drive there and pick up my order but nope, as that’s not an option. Still don’t have my package and don’t know how or when I’ll receive it. They absolutely suck. Avoid them if you can. The delivery guy didn’t even bother to knock at my door or even call me when he was here. Or was he even here at all? Such a waste of time and so much stress for no reason. Thinking of calling the company that I ordered my package from and just canceling my order all and all. If you can avoid them, please, avoid them.

They absolutely suck. Went online to file claim. Says I can’t do it and need to call and when I call it’s impossible to file claim. System keeps saying to go online and can’t connect to agent. Such a waste of time

IT HAS BEEN 60 DAYS SINCE It had it in the WAREHOUSE. Somebody is always texting me about my package. They said, the box has arrived and it's in the warehouse. But, WHY are you KEEPING IT ????

The customer service there is very good, although I shouldn't have gone, but the home delivery service is very bad, I have used it twice and things don't arrive.
