I have been a customer and had my mailbox for 10+ yrs at this location. I have always received professional and efficient service from the Personnel at this location. In addition, I enjoy doing business with the UPS Store for any printing and/or notary services.

dont trust this UPS store with your packages as a pick up location. I sent a package here from Arizona Ups store location, for a friend to pick up and even though it was definitely received by MCKENZIE, the package is now lost and not in the store. so either they stole it themselves or they magically lost it. oh and the only solution ups has is file a claims. which you cant do because you have to go online and jump through multiple hoops only for them to say if youre not the receiver you cant file a claim. like what? i shipped out of pocket and i cant file my own claim? this place is joke and the customer service sucks from what my friend tells me when she went inside asking for the package i sent to this location.

I went in today for a return. The young lady was very short with me & insisted I needed to process return with wifi carrier, I told her that I have account #, she stated NO, CANT PROCESS. I then went to another Ups store and they processed return with account number

The absolute worst. Twice I found the store closed on Sunday during business hours, and today I arrived at 6:25 pm (5 minutes before closing) to find the door locked. The 2 people inside refused to open the door…one named Kathy.

I just left this store and am very concerned. I have been to this store countless times as I am a long time resident of the neighborhood. Usually they print my labels for me for a small fee and then attach the labels right there in front of me. This time however the gentleman working today did not. I voiced my concern not once, not twice but three times only for him to dismiss me and take my packages to the back with the preprinted labels still unattached. I told him again that they were sales and it was important not to get the labels and packages confused. So here I sit wondering if my packages will make their destination. I probably will not be returning if I see him behind the counter.

It seems this UPS Store may be under new management - which is unfortunate for longtime customers who had come to rely on the dependability of this location. For the second time, an item I dropped off as an Amazon return (no box/packing needed - just a QR code or number) has been lost or misplaced and, 2+ weeks later, Amazon still has not received it! Calls to Amazon say that if the item is not received by them in the next 10 days, my credit card will be charged again - even though I did my part to send it back (via this UPS store). I previously loved doing business at this location - but, sadly, it may be time to find someplace else ...

One of the best UPS stores I've ever been too. I have to recognize the amazing and wonderful staff at this location. Jay and Brian to name a few, go a above and beyond while, being kind, cordial and professional. They never disappoint, I highly recommend this location.
