Worst costumer service at this location , looks like guy working there hate his job and everyone around….. and looking at other reviews it wasn’t just a bad day - it’s everyday … so sad for great company as UPS

I went there for beneficiary notary services twice on the same day for page that he missed, then he started to lecture me about “TRUST” for at least for 5 mins. He said I didn’t need the 3rd page even though the instruction said needed to notarise, then 5 days later l went back UPS store again (3rd time) asking him to notarize 3rd page again even though he tried to say it never happened before need to be notarized and I told him that the bank needed before I could close the account, and he don’t want to listen what I try to say or explain the bank instruction said. I have nothing to say to this guy, he thinks he knows everything since he has license for notary and because of this I lost few thousand dollars for the delay. Please go somewhere else for notary services

terrible place! the employee did not want to accept the goods for return, I had a barcode, he began to say that I needed a box, although I already gave the goods in bags without a box. I'll never go there again! terrible service

My package was delivered and left in front of the apartment door. Two hours later, I came home seeing my package was tampered and the very expensive electronic was missing. Very strange .

Most un accomodating ups store, wanted $5 for 12 inches of tape to seal a box. I have 2 mailboxes and 2 different ups stores and done business at several different ups stores and they never charged me for a little tape. They should take advise from the store up the street

Today the girl 'serving'decided that she'd just repeat herself slowly and more loudly rather than just simply answer my question. In the end I just left none the wiser as to why she wanted to replace the perfectly good box I'd used and labelled correctly with a $6.29 version she could sell me.

Worst experience at a UPS store in my entire life. We should all write an official letter to UPS to have this extremely dangerous and unstable man removed from the public. He could really hurt someone under the circumstances he treats customers. He has the characteristics of a social psychopath who could harm people at any moment if he hasn’t done so already. Would have given zero or negative if possible! Extremely rude and disrespectful guy. I had a few Amazon returns which I brought to the store for return with Barcodes that said ups. The guy working there immediately started yelling at me you can’t return these here very rudely. He said your packaging is falling apart and you need to read the instructions. I had done so and that’s what Amazon had said, to bring it to the ups store, I didn’t even need to pack the items or bring labels, those were the Amazon instructions. I asked if he was giving me a hard time before checking what I needed and he said he was not doing anything for me anymore because whatever it was, was over. He wasn’t going to provide service anymore. I asked his name which he didn’t tell me and ignored me from that moment on. Event date Saturday 02/10/24 at 1:10pm 6311 Van Nuys Blvd Van Nuys , CA 91401. I picked up what I had brought and left because that guy was not worth a second more of my time. Please follow up on this extremely rude person and horrible service. He didn’t even provide with me info as what could be done just asked me to leave and ignored me after that. I heard him making fun of me with another customer as I was removing my items.

The guy who works here is the absolute worst. He represents the company in a terrible light with his rude customer service. From the moment you enter the store it is ridiculous. He forces you to hold your phone a specific way to scan. He demands you wrap every crack of the product. I seriously avoid him and this location at all costs now. He needs to be fired because he does bring down the company. Additionally, he has an absolutely rude personality. In fact, the place was not even open during the hours posted on the door. Everything was still locked. The location is an absolute joke and I do recommend UPS if they can’t deal with an employee like this.

I'm going to echo what everyone else is saying here. Go somewhere else! This guy is such an a******. Will charge for a piece of tape. He speaks in a soft manner but is very unkind. I ended up getting some tape from a nearby store and they let me know that they have heard nightmare stories about the owner at the UPS store. Avoid avoid avoid!

The heavy set guy at the counter is very rude. Started arguing me the moment i stepped up to the counter. Would not recommend this store to anyone. He would not take my Amazon return. Even after showing him the email that said return to UPS store. The rating for this place is 1000% accurate

The owner has racial attitudes and shows bad behavior to minorities. Unwilling or unable to accept barcode from smartphone although his store is assigned to be able to do it.

Terrible customer service. Thinks he's the most important, not the customer. Wants to sell things, not support. Completely refused an Amazon return because he didn't want to take a large heavy box. Lazy and mean.Told me I needed to tape the box up better, even though it was exactly as it it arrived. Offered to sell me tape. Luckily, I had packing tape in the car, so I said I'd be right back. Taped up everything.He angrily asked me to hand him the box (4x2x2 heavy box with heavy stickers that I wheeled in on a dolly), but I lifted it up onto the counter. He says it needs to be taped better (I had taped every seam). I said that must not be true, because it arrived to me no problem. He says he won't take the box now, no matter what I do.Awful experience. I have video.

The worst store I’ve ever been to. They wanted to charge me $6 for tapping my box or else they couldn’t accept it. I did properly tape my box, and the man was just trying to be a roadblock.
