Hello beautiful people and Yelp fans like me this will be a late post..! Late October of 2021 I got into a fender bender accident, unfortunately for me a week before the accident I have changed the fully coverage to just the legal coverage by the law.. so I ll be paying out pocket; any how a friend of mine Sofia recommended the shop since she has used their services I decided to send my BMW to them... I got the white glove and #1 Customer service by the owner and his team. my car look like new two weeks after and sherry on top they deliver my car to my driveway, Thank you Tony and team, Sincerely one of your very happy Customers.

On 9/16/2021 I got an estimate on my BMW, for auto care, because of their professionalism and great Custumer service I decided to send my car 89 miles away from home, the references from a close friend were just amazing,My car was towed yesterday, 10 minutes after my towing company informed me they have delivered the car I got a call as well from the owner at Universal 1 Auto Body (WOW) with pictures of how my car was delivered?And that one of their technicians was performing a thorough inspection of my vehicle.So far I’m very impressed with the #1 Custumer service at Universal 1Auto Body ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Services: Electrical

Tony and his team did a stellar job on my 2011 BMW. I was hit on the freeway by a section of tire from a blowout in front of me. I naively thought I just drove over it but nope. Front bumper all broken on the right side. Tony got the car in right away and 3 days later it is back looking as new as a 10 year old car can. He even buffed out some older "oops" scratches on the car. Highly recommend.

If I could give this place any negative stars I would. The owner Tony is a very crooked guy. He lies a lot. He will promise you a lot and do the shittiest job possible. He had me go back to his place many times to fix the problem and always had excuses and ended up not fixing the problem. The paint on my car is starting to chip. He was suppose to sand and paint my car but looks like they painted over the original color. You couldn't tell after because it was the same color. We had taken my wife's a bit before I took mine. She is having the same problem as mine. Save your money and headaches and go somewhere else. If you had any bad experiences with this business. Do everyone a favor and report them to better business bureau. These people don't deserve to be in business.

Just got my 2017 X5 back from the shop the guy was amazing he worked w my insurance to repair entire passenger side swipe some a****** did while I was sleeping and of course left no note.... But anywho looks like new and shop worked with my schedule, very professional and punctual. Thanks guys!!

Top notch service! Crash my my 2018 Honda and it looks like nothing happened. The owner has great customer service skills and helped me thought the whole process with my insurance , car towing and , car rental and did a great job on my car. I Highly recommended this place.

This was the easiest, smoothest experience with a body shop I've ever had. From the moment dropped the car was dropped off, to the day I went to pick it up, the staff at Universal 1 turned an accident where my car rear ended immobilized into me now having a body shop I would gladly recommend to anyone I know.

Bad place my boyfriend took his car to this bodyshop on Van Nuys after one of the employees from universal 1 auto body shop hit and run my boyfriend car the owner promise to fix it like if nothing happen they take too long to fix it and they lost some screws from the rear bumper the paint horrible bubbles the trunk can't be open with the car key they do a bad job
