“Yessi is by far one of the best employees I've dealt with at any uhaul in the valley, she went above and beyond for me and my brother. When i tell you that whole 15-20 min experience was the best customer service i have ever received im not exaggerating. Having an employee like her makes it enjoyable to go to major companies, i could have went a little more expensive but a lot less headache with an offer up ad or craigslist ad but she made it very enjoyable as long as shes working there we will be coming back!!!!! THANKS YESSI SHE DESERVES A RAISE”

“The man here went beyond and above. We had a rental canceled for no reason from the Venture Bl location. Made a new reservation here and came early to see if they had the truck, he was not sure it would be back on time so he called around and found us the truck we needed. And then called U-haul to get the reservation changed to the new location. Very nice to have someone willing to help us.”
