I purchased 9 cans of paint and 1 clear coat was defective. The company would not replace even after sending in a photo. The can had a defective sprayer or something. I will buy on Amazon next time.

Placed an order with them for paint which arrived quickly and was a great match. I needed to order a second can so placed a second order and paid for the expidited shipping so I could finish my project. The paint was shipped USPS Ground Advantage which is the cheapest and slowest shipping the post office offers. It has now been 10 days since the paint was shipped and the USPS tracking is no longer giving an expected delivery date. So instead of getting the free shipping, I paid $18 for expidited shipping on a $60 order and still have not received my item. Would not recommend to order here if You need the paint in a timely manor.

I purchased Tesla Deep Blue Metallic PPSB Touch Up Paint TUPAINT-113578-PEN-ESSENTIAL Product: pen, Kit: essential. I never used the pen The white pen tip is still white. I hear liquid inside, but nothing dispenses. This product has never been used and I went to use the pen for the first time last weekend, but nothing came out. This product was stored upright in a cool dark place in my home. I asked to have this product replaced and they said no. "Please note we have a 45-day return policy." I would never invest another penny in any of their products. NO LOT NUMBERS AND NO EXPIRATION DATES! This product could have been sitting on a shelf in their facility for years!! If I could give 0 stars, I would. If you are brave enough or dumb enough to take a chance, make sure you open the product and use it immediately!! They do not stand behind their product! In response to the business:Product is < 2 years. Any reputable company would put a lot number and an expiration date on each product. This is very poor QA to say the least. You say all these nice things online, but your 10% coupon is a joke! You do not provide any information or guarantee to even stand behind your product. What a pack of lies. I Do Not Believe this for a minute!

TouchUpPaint... BEWARE!!!! Their product is a gross misrepresentation, it does not match my vehicle. Here's a photo clearly showing the pearl specs in the black paint of my Jeep grand Cherokee and a photo of the bumper bar I painted with the paint that was supposed to match my vehicle. It clearly doesn't match. Yes, it's black, but it's clearly absent of the pearl specs to match my vehicle. They refused to respond and are clearly a scam company!!!

I ordered touch up for a Toyota Ice Edge color. I feel like this color is not common and honestly tricky (looks grey/white simultaneously) the paint I received was absolutely perfect match! I saw alot of criticism and was like uh - oh, but I had nothing to worry about. I never leave reviews, but wanted to make sure a good job was pointed out. They even give a card with your needed color to test it on to be sure its a match. I feel some people might not of received one or just didnt follow the directions.

Well, it did not go smoothly. It's either the paint is defective or the nozzles on the aerosol cans are bad or both, instead of fine mist of paint coming out of the nozzle, the paint came out as tiny blobs. Say goodbye to my meticulous prepwork. Reached out for the "guarantee" and got a automated email to says sorry we are very busy. But thanks for buying! Note that the very expensive 12oz cans only come with 10oz of spray blobs loaded as well.

If there was a zero star I would give that to them. Paint doesn’t match guarantee is not true customer service is horrible. Will never use again and would definitely not recommend to my worst enemy.

I ordered a aerosol paint from Touch Up Direct for some work on a Mustang GT bumper cover. $80 kit. The supposedly "paint matched" Ford "Competition Orange" was so far from the actual OE color (so much lighter) that i actually thought they had accidentally sent Ford "Twister Orange". I contacted customer service and thy insisted theychad sent the right paint. It was just so poorly color-matched that it was useless. Looked awfully bright against the OE paint, and I had no choice but to strip it off and try another manufacturer.

The product is water based (waterborne), it's incompatible with majority of the clear coat you can buy from auto parts stores. I did not realize this (my fault), and it had ruined the paint after I sprayed the clear coat I got from O'reilly. Talked someone on the phone, was told it's better and safer to use their clear coat. So I purchased enough base coat and 2K clear coat again, the finish is beautiful. A couple months later, I've decided to repaint both side skirts/rocker panels. Unfortunately, this time it did not go smoothly as I had hoped. It's either the paint is defected or the nozzles on the aerosol cans are bad or both, occasionally, instead of fine mist of paint came out of the nozzle, the paint came out as tiny blobs, which caused small blemish on the surface. Since the side skirts are close to the ground, it's hard to see, not a big deal. Their 2K clear isn't as good as USC Spray Max 2K clear. It takes some extra effort to get a mirror like finish, it's easy to get an orange peel finish. The USC Spray Max goes on much easier. If I ever respray my car, I will stay with solvent based paint, it's much easier to apply. By the way, the paint is expensive,

The paint is good, but the delivery is way too slow. Even with rush delivery. I painted a portion of my hood and it looks great. But i need more paint now. It took two weeks and they don't offer will call or any pick up i can see. The website has no phone or address. Automated chat is worthless. Too bad! It is a good idea. They just need to customer centric.
