Worst Home Depot I've been to. Crowded, LONG LONG LONG lines. Inattentive and actually straight up RUDE staff. Came in one evening for ONE item and even after grabbing it immediately, I was in there for another twenty minutes. The staff was being snarky, rude, and impatient during this whole time too. The price isn't any better than any other hardware store in the valley so you're probably better off going to ANY other one.

I know HD can be a pain sometimes. But honestly, for someone like me that screwing a light bulb is the highest levels of construction ability, they have been very useful. But , today, I didn't come in to make any repairs or screw any light bulbs. I came to but a refrigerator, a washer and a dryer. My source for appliances has always been the Best Buy store. But since Best Buy massively mishandled my order that in addition to appliances included four TVs, I turned to Home Depot. The young lady with a great attitude helped me. Unfortunately, they didn't deliver my appliances so I couldn't accomplish my goal. That said, as dusty as everything is in HD, I tried to go and wash my hands. I expected to see a filthy bathroom with no soap and a mess. But to my surprise, the bathrooms were cleaner than some of the bathrooms in the best restaurants in Beverly Hills. You walk in there and it smells fresh. So next time at HD, make sure you visit the bathrooms and be assure that it will be a pleasant experience.

This is a review on the person who runs the Kid's Workshop , Nov. 4th, was giving parents attitude and talking down to them especially if they had toddlers. Such was his bad attitude to them that some parents left. Signing the waiver is routine but to those parents he would say "you have to sign it just in case they pass."

So every time I've done an online order for the drive up pick up it turns into a nightmare I end up having to go inside and it takes forever today. I did an online order for picking up inside the store. I waited about 40 to 50 minutes for them to basically tell me they don't have any what I ordered, this is after I received a message telling me my order was completed place I was a nightmare. I think I'm gonna have to start shopping at Lowe's.

It's a necessity for me to come here and even though I find what I'm coming for it's always a pain! I often heed help or advice before purchasing something and it's a challenge to get help!

Dont take your kids for workshop here. Useless because they just give walk in and ignored the registration. This guy just give to anyone but when we are registered and came, he dont have anything and wont give me any stuff for my kids. Then when I pass by again, I saw him give another workshop stuff to the other kids when he said he dont have it anymore to me. The manager also useless. They have to prepared extra from walk-in and save spots to people who registered. They dont even have the list. @homedepot in Balboa really su*ks

Worst attitude everywhere by everyone. If you like being ignored, have employees act like you owe them something by asking for help, go ahead and go here. To the management, if there is one, you have people who hate their jobs and their workplace.

This specific Home Depot is saturated with people just standing all over the parking lot. When I drive through, they're all just standing in the way and even giving dirty looks when I wait for them to walk out of my way to park my car in a parking space. Other than that, it's like any other home depot inside. Unfortunately not all workers inside are helpful, I asked one a question and he pointed and said "there's others over there who can help you" and I went "over there" and found someone who didn't know what i was asking and couldn't actually help me and he went to the original guy I had asked to ask, and THEN the original guy helped me. Come on, horrible customer service.

The checkout line(s) can get long at this location, and yet they always move really quickly. The return line, however, moves slower. I would just wait for the line to be at least inside the building to return your item. If you see it wrapped around outside the doors, just avoid it. It could be 20+ minutes depending on how many people they have manning those desks. This location itself is a solid Home Depot. They always have what I'm looking for and I rarely have to look up and down every aisle to find it. It's a bit hit or miss if you need to find an employee, but once you do, they're always incredibly helpful. The parking lot is huge. You'll be able to find a decent spot no problem. However, the area right in front of the store can get backed up with all of the trucks/trucks with trailers/etc. moving around. Throw in people just walking out of the store & not bothering to look for passing cars or waiting their turn and you are going to experience a slow down. I would just suggest avoiding the entrance/exit on Roscoe. Just go through the back exit and save yourself the annoyance.

There is one employee with the name of Abigail in return section which is so not helpful and it look like someone put her in this job by force I will never come back to this location because of this attitude full employee

Poor customer service skill overall. Cashiers are completely unorganized and don't know how guide their customers. No one is ever around to help in the isles nor in their departments. You can see due to their ratings, how poorly this store is ran.

After having a bad experience at Lowes I made my way up Roscoe to this Home Depot. So I went to the lumber section that had someone working there to help customers and he informed me I was able to cut the wood myself using a saw they had before having to buy it so my experience there was much better because it was quicker, cheaper, and didn't have to go back and forth.

Love the selection, do not love that the parking lot is FULL of people waiting for day work and hard to find a place to park. Also don't love that men have lost their manners inside this place. They would walk right into me if they could.

Terrible customer service. Clerks are not trained how to talk to the customer. None should be allowed to speak directly to customer. Customer returns clerks act indifferent and are not friendly. Very poor communication skills. Sad that Home Depot doesn't care about customer relations. At the very least, train the employees how to engage and interact with the customer in a friendly manner.

The manager Melissa definitely needs a lot of more help with customer service training... very rude and bad gestures. Clearly customer service is not on her books.
