I had my daughter’s Quinceañera this past Sunday on St. Patrick’s Day at Signature Banquet Hall. I’m absolutely happy to have chosen this venue. The venue is beautiful and the food was delicious. My guests were saying that this was the best Quinceañera they have ever gone to. Henrik and Robert were very helpful and made sure that everything ran smoothly. Thanks to them I was able to enjoy my party with very little stress. Thank you Signature staff for making my daughter’s Quinceañera a special day. A shout out to our bartender, Marco!!**This venue is highly recommended by me and my family! **

The most beautiful place for a party, all the staff very attentive in a few words the best, my daughter was not wrong in choosing this place for her fifteen years, especially Henry who always treated us very well, very friendly all the time from start to finish without forgetting Rober, good friend, all the guests also talked about how delicious the food was in general, everything was perfect, thank you, thank you, I hope ?? see you soon

Was looking for a venue for our event and the signature banquet hall came across in my Facebook page, I call and emailed to get some information and I was surprised with the customer service, very quick response and friendly, when iMessage bathe owner at the venue he was berry professional with many years experience of catering and banquet oppression, he helped me to find the best vendors and not to get what we don’t need, when I explained him to get some rental to bring in he explained why we don’t need, honestly we as a customer don’t know the details of some things that we don’t have experience, I’m so glad that I met him and got so much advices about non necessary stuff to get or not, I’m sure we will get the best event with his I'm happy to chose this hall after all, thanks henry and see you soon, please keep it up and help people who needs your experience.

How nice I came for a wedding anniversary and I thought it was very nice, the place is very clean, the lights are adequate, the floors and walls are white, the service is very good quality, the food is delicious, I hope to return another time when they invite me. I recommend.

Had my daughters quinceañera here l am extremely disappointed. ONLY reason I decided with this place is bc my daughter loved it but I wasn't all for it since the owner HENDRIX was a bit condescending from the start. Automatically said no to a snack vendor we wanted. She still insisted that we go with this place. I came in a couple times to look at the space, get the table measurements and really just brainstorm my ideas. He starts questioning why I want linens. Mind you, his tables are scratched and beat up. THEY ABSOLUTELY needed linens. Then starts questioning why I want a "dessert cart" when he has a table he can give me. Day before he saw I had rentals(pink water goblets and chargers) "well why do you want these" start saying it's too much work for him and his staff. Nowhere on the contract does it state I am not allowed rentals. What VENUE gives you a hard time about rentals????? Baffled. Day of event, watching over me like a damn HAWK, I understand running a business and making sure everything Runs smoothly but I felt UNCOMFORTABLE how much he kept just being there every time I turned around. Also, he states your booking will come with security. I did not get "security". I got some random guy that probably he hired. No badge, no nothing. Tells me "I'm here too and Robert. We're enough security "Contract" also states event ends at 12:30am, well they ended my event at 12am. I paid my dj an extra 30 min for nothing. As well as paying for extra linens for extra tables he left when I STRESSED about not needing them. ROBERT the manager and the staff were the only decent/hard working people. I am honestly shocked that this guy is still in business. Don't do it. Even if u have to pay more money elsewhere, trust me. It's worth not dealing with Hendrix. He is a piece of work. Read his responses to every bad review. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.Since I can’t reply to your response. I’ll edit this one.YOU’RE A LIAR! I NEVER ONCE MADE YOUR STAFF CLEAR THE TABLES. If anything I helped set them up! You never onceTold me I was required to bring in linens in the day before & we weren’t late the day of. You said bring them in 11-12pm. He was there by 12pm.You should be ashamed of yourself!!

3 months ago my brother-in-law got married in this place, the waiters were very friendly, but the waiter's thing was a disappointment, he ended up drunker than us and they didn't give us back the leftover beer... and the bar closed before time...

I planted my event there and I was so excited the begin with, Henry and Robert were were so helpful and worked with me all the time, I really don’t believe some of the bad and un truth reviews, please believe me and trust henry, they are the best.

Signature was amazing! The food was good and the service was really good! The lights are very modern and the outside just got recently remodeled! The chandeliers make everything look so fancy and the bathrooms are in good condition. Henry was really understanding through the whole process and when the day of the event came Robert the party manager was amazing. The cleaning staff and the people in the kitchen were also so kind and amazing! I would definitely recommend signature for anyone trying to have an event here!
