I haven’t been to a laundromat in some six years, the washers are smaller, and the prices are higher. I don’t think this is abnormal for all of the laundromats now. But geez, bring cash.!

Horrible horrible experience started pretty early but by noon everyone and their ghetto moms showed up & left their manners at home THATS FOR SURE..NEVER AGAIN

Thought of giving this place a try to see if it has improved over the years, but no. Same old bad service. Employees treat customers like garbage, including the manager.

Went here the other day to get my families clothes done while in town.
I love that ozone machine they have. It really did make my clothes smell better.
Will definitely be back when I'm in town, nice place.

Are any locals noticing a decline in equipment and quality here? The washers use waaaay less water so the soap doesn't sud well anymore and the dryers can't keep up with a light load I put 1 winter jacket and 2 towels and the darn dryer still took 30 minutes (the jacket was still damp). Cost went up and quality went down. Their cost cutting strategy is starting to show. I can see the ladies that work there are trying their best I see them cleaning and working. But due to owner choices the infrastructure is suffering. At least fix the dryers please I get that water cost is expensive, but at least dry our clothes please. I reviewed this place years ago when we moved into Sherman oaks. I gave it a 5 star review. The owner was professional and respectful, the machines were well maintained and efficient. If there has been a change in management this place will start losing business.

The laundromat’s office attendant Evani L. was very helpful, on my visit to the laundry center, I will definitely return!The place is clean and convenient.

Usually quiet and there are plenty of machines so it isn't too hard to just come in grab a machine and start your laundry. The Reloadable card machine that lets you pay for your wash can be kinda finnecky so just keep that in mind.

Nice place the prices are great. And I love that they have fluff and fold. Angela the attendant was there to help me one time and she did great at showing me from detail instructions love that she is friendly and great customer service

I have known this place for 6 years. I know how many people worked there, who the customers and etc. Today, I have the last drop of my patience. So dirty place, personal doesn't have no respect, no patience, nothing. They can put your clothes in the dirty cart without your permission, and you never get sorry or apologize from them. There are no rules, so bad service. It was my last time when I left my money. Maybe after the owner will care more about this place.

Dec 9th, 2023 Used to be goodNew machines, spotless clean, no homeless people. But some machines were not working properly. I was using triple loaders, 2 machines out 3 have failed to add the detergent. There was no soap (foam), just clear water inside. What a waste of my time and money. ($5,50 for each machine)I had to find another laundry.
