if I could give less than one star I would. My boyfriend ordered Valentine's Day flowers for me through 800-flowers and they sourced them through The Bouquet Inc in Lake Balboa - you wanna know when they were delivered? 2 DAYS AFTER VALENTINE'S DAY. the delivery person could only shake his head and say "the owner" - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. if they can screw up Valentine's they should not be in business!

This flower shop was most disappointing to say the least. It was expensive and the flowers weren't fresh. I should have known better than to go here after reading the reviews, but I decided to give it a try anyways since it was close by. Don't do it. The flowers I received were wilted and poorly arranged and I will not be using their service again. I recommend another flower shop or even Trader Joe's for better price and selection.

Do not bother with this place. The girl Elizabeth that works there was extremely rude. The flowers did not get delivered when they were supposed to. We were given assurances they would be delivered early the next day, which didn't happen. When they showed up a day later it, was already late at night. When I called and spoke to Elizabeth to explain the situation she could have cared less. She was so rude and did not offer any apologies whatsoever. This place is not worth it. There are plenty of other flower shops that I know will give me far better service.

If I could give this place zero stars I would, because truthfully they don't deserve more than that. I ordered my bridal bouquet over the phone with the owner over two weeks ago. She sounded confident and made me feel assured she knew what she was doing. She took my order and confirmed the bouquet would be delivered at 4 pm. She also charged me way more than the FTD website prices the bouquet at. 158$ instead of 113$. Comes delivery day and the flowers don't get here when they are supposed to. Instead of 4 pm, they get here @ 8 pm. Oh and the quality you may ask, see for yourself. The bouquet is not what I was looking for at all, --nor is it what the website advertises either. Probably worse part of all is that MY NAME IS NOT TATIANA...what a pathetic joke. This is not the end of this, I'm taking it up with my bank asap. Use this place only if you want to cry tears of disappointment, otherwise STAY AWAY.

My bridal bouquet! How much do I ADORE my bouquet? It was one of the most amazing parts of my wedding day. It could not have been more perfect. Some sweet long-distance friends purchased this as a surprise gift for me, and there was a bit of an issue regarding the timing of it being ready...it was just a phone miscommunication, but they worked with me to get my gorgeous bridal bouquet ready for my big day. I have to say, three days later, I am still in awe of how beautiful my flowers are. I wish they would never fade. Thank you again to the ladies for accommodating my time crunch and sending me down the aisle with the sweetest, loveliest flowers I have ever seen.

They were suppost to deliver our God Daughters balloons to her school which never happened. The lady argued with me saying that while she was at the school that they were not allowed to go on campus I said deliver them to the office the office will sign for them and they will give them to her while mind you the lady was at the school "supposedly". Well they never got delivered. Then she told me she would deliver to the house I said okay they will be home around 4:30. 4:30 came along and still no delivery. So I texted the lady and she said oh I will be there now at 5:30. The balloons finally were delivered at just before 6:00PM. DO NOT USE THEM. The whole point of this delivery was to have the balloons delivered at school so her friends could see!

The Bouquet did our wedding on June 5, 2016. I wish I could give them a better review, but I was very disappointed with my bouquet. My bouquet looked nothing like the picture I provided. When I saw our wedding pictures, days after the wedding, I was in tears. I am so upset, because everything else was pulled from that bouquet. The centerpiece for the sweetheart table was beautiful, but the smaller centerpieces were badly done. The one thing we were happy with was the arch, it was beautifully done.

I called and made sure they had what I was looking for... she confirmed they had a single lei for me and that I could pick it up at 2:15. I showed up at 2:16 and the two ladies at the front desk knew nothing about my order. Theu said the lady was on her way and she would arrive in 10 minutes. I've been waiting for 20 and she's nowhere to be found... if I said I would be here at a certain why would yoi confirm and not have my order ready. I took a look around the shop for a gift replacement and there was nothing all their flowers were ugly and dying. I repeat do not shop here. I usually don't do this but I'm so frustrated at the service I recieved.

Came in a week before Valentine's day looking to get some flowers delivered on the day of to surprise my girlfriend. Guy was so awesome and worked around my budget and I got to have the exact arrangement I wanted. Well worth the price and looks even better than imagined! Would definitely recommend over and over again.

Where do I begin. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in October of 2015. My sister flew in from the east coast to be with me through two surgeries. I then went on to daily radiation treatments at 6:45 AM before work every day for seven weeks. Needless to say, one of the most difficult experiences of my life. This past Tuesday was my last radiation treatment. I was called to reception at work for a delivery. My sister had sent me THE most beautiful flower arrangement I had ever seen. She told the florist that I loved the color teal and to make it fabulous. They asked her how much did she want to spend on it, and she said, "whatever fabulous costs". I have been gazing at this arrangement for three days now and every day it takes on a new and beautiful look as it blooms. Not to mention, they smell divine. So, thank you to The Bouquet for making one of the most celebrated days of my life unforgettable. I photographed the arrangement so I would never forget my joy the second I saw it. Here's to the remainder of my life.......
