The worst customer service. It's all children with bad attitudes. Walked in, got a little "hello" and they were back on their phones. Girl with the greasy pink hair was as rude as could be.

Would not recommend coming here. I came here for a t-mobile Tuesday freebie and they made me check in and give my name. On top of that they had me waiting 10 minutes just to get the t-mobile Tuesday item and was helping all the other customers who were either buying a phone or needed help with their phones. NEVER have I had to check in and give my name at any other t-mobile to receive the t-mobile Tuesday item. At all other locations I get the item once I walk in. I feel like they only put my name down and had me check in to make it look like I was a walk in and to help their sales numbers or something. Overall, unprofessional employees. You’re better off going somewhere else for better customer service.

I have been a loyal T-Mobile customer for over 2 decades, practically since the inception of the company. I've run both my personal phone as well as my business through T-Mobile for 17 years. I don't know why T-Mobile even bothers recording the lines for quality or training purposes. I've spent over 5 hours on the phone with T-Mobile over the last 2 days, trying to request a simple upgrade to one of my phones as well as adding a line, and after the MOST FRUSTRATING series of conversations, including multiple hangups with no calls back, the issues have STILL NOT BEEN RESOLVED! I am SOOOO disappointed that T-Mobile's customer service has devolved into what it currently is, and that they have no longer have any semblance of appropriate customer care. It is a massive disappointment that the company does not value their customers as they once did. As a business owner, I literally have providers reaching out to me every single day offering me phenomenal opportunities to transfer my business to their services, and I'm so sad to report that I fully intend to drop T-Mobile after all these years. T-Mobile was once a company that I was proud to recommend to everyone I knew, and now I would not recommend them to absolutely anyone. How tragic of a situation. The old T-Mobile would have contacted me apologizing for the inconvenience and done whatever was necessary in order to correct the problem. What a shame, T-Mobile, what an absolute shame!!

During my recent visit to this T-Mobile store, I had a good experience with one of their employees named Raphael. I was having trouble turning on my text message alerts and he was extremely patient and knowledgeable in helping me resolve the issue. I am so grateful for his assistance and expertise.

Came in there yesterday. As soon as we came in the store, I immediately felt uncomfortable. It seemed like the men, who are employees, were staring and laughing as if they were making fun of me. It was weird. Wanted to leave immediately. Won’t be coming back to the store. They seem unprofessional and immature.

Well I've been going to this location for more then 10 years and everything has always worked out so great. The guys are always very helpful until My last visit the worst customer service. Some woman not wearing a name tag wasted my time when I went in for some help with my phone device I am a woman so I'm always supportive of other women however this girl has no idea what she is doing I don't know why she was hired to work in a position where she has to know certain simple device service. Really don't recommend anyone going here again from now on I'm going to a better location where they have actual device knowledge etc...

This location is permanently closed. It seems that it's been closed at least since November of last year and it has not been updated and Google is still showing it as an open store ???

Just gotta say Nadiya at the Van Nuys location was incredibly patient and super helpful. She provided solutions and options without losing enthusiasm. She stayed friendly throughout the whole process and over all made the transaction a pleasant experience. We can thank her enough !!!
