Great shopping experience. Quick with the service even though they were busy at the moment it stopped in. On staff trailer was also very fast with alteration suggestions and fitting. All and all a good experience that I would highly recommend to future shoppers.

Wow I'm very impressed I walk in and got greeted right away . A sales woman walk up to meet me and with out even taking my measurements she knew what size i wore . She ran for the tailor and had my hem and shirt tapered. Turn around time was 1 week. Thank you caroll. Great job .

Really friendly and professional workers here. Came to buy a tie bar and ended up buying a bunch if other stuff, they have a large selection of things. They also shine boots for a reasonable price. Highly recommend this place and the young lady who helped was very friendly and helped me find the items I was looking for

I have been coming here for years. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If they don't have it.... They can order it for you and mail it to you once it arrives. Their tailor is meticulous and knowledgeable. Great uniform shop in the valley.

This is definitely an LAPD store. I've had great service here. My uniforms are tailored perfectly and the service is great. Small place but everything you need. I get the feel of a small family type business where they remember who you are. Highly recommend for my LAPD family.

I took 4 pair of jeans to get tailored but I had to pick them up after not even having been worked on. Common curtesy would be nice to notify your customers that the tailor is out sick instead of having people wait.

I send everyone I know here for patrol/detention/sheriff uniforms and supplies. They are extremely easy to reach, have better or equal prices to their main competitor, are willing to special order unique pieces, and have a tailor on site for modifications or quick fixes and patchwork. Their turn around times are better than other places and they carry several brands with simple alterations. They also have photography services, approved jackets, boots, etc., and they're stocked wall-to-wall with the essentials. Anytime they didn't have what I needed in store, they ordered it. Plus, if I can recall, one of the owners is retired LAPD. Quit going to Galls! Support the locals at Sunburst!
