The staff here has been incredible throughout our experience getting settled in. Helena was so helpful in working to get us set up and pick the perfect size unit. On the day of move in, we were stuck in some heavy traffic coming from the OC and we were running behind schedule and would be arriving close to closing time. The manager, Valerie accommodated our delay and stayed late to ensure we had time to unload. We were able to move all items into the perfect size unit. Big thank you to the great staff here! Bonus points for the units being clean and temperature controlled as well!

Great service!! I walked in and was helped by an attendant named crystal, she explained everything in great detail and helped me understand any questions I had. Very straightforward process, great pricing and rates are reasonable!

The e perone e has been positive from the beginning. The staff was professional and thorough, the space was clean and the fact that all units are temperature controlled is just AMAZING, even better with the reasonable price. There are almost always carts available for use is another plus. We really appreciate how organized this company is, and I don’t dread going to my storage unit like before any more. Thank you and I will absolutely refer my friends to come here for their storage needs!

Helena in Van Nuys is wonderful! She handled everything from the contract, the lock, the insurance, the tour…great customer service!And the facility is spotless and climate controlled which is several steps up from our last storage place. I highly recommend StorQuest!
