I just went to this Staples to make a purchase for my work. Everyone was extremely nice. A gentleman by the name of Nick, who I first spoke to over the phone, and then at the store in person, went above and beyond to help me and I couldn’t be more appreciative. Such a nice guy! Really really thankful! Thank you for such great customer service!

Avoid employee MOIZ!!!! He was Extremely rude and had an attitude the entire time he helped me at the Amazon return counter. Management needs to fix their employee MOIZ because with his attitude, he will never make it far

Been waiting outside for 45 minutes. Not open yet. Still asked to wait 15 to get it. Had to leave. Had other things to do. That's why i was there at 8..... Should never have just one person with the responsibility to open for this reason. So disappointed. I saw at least 20 potential customer come and go.

The associate was really helpful and found what I was looking for almost immediately. I wish I had gotten her name, as she was so courteous and kind. The cashier was very accommodating as well.

I am always satisfied with the service Staples provides. I do love the awards system and saved some money on my very expensive HP toner cartridge. That was a blessiing!
