It took a few short minutes to receive my items. The store employee was knowledgeable and told me something I didn't know about Staples rewards and ink recycling program. Also, the small talk made my day. Thanks.

The associate was really helpful and found what I was looking for almost immediately. I wish I had gotten her name, as she was so courteous and kind. The cashier was very accommodating as well.
