I encountered a manager there named Karen, who was so helpful and understanding to my needs. She gave me valuable information about ink I never knew and was such a pleasure to talk to. She walked me to the counter and discounted the ink as well, as a courtesy. It's rare to find good customer service these days - and I want to make sure she is recognized and let her know she's appreciated. Thank you Karen!

I've been searching high and low for a 2024/25 Day Planner specifically from The Home Edit line. I called this location as it was the closest to my home. The first time I called I was on hold for 10min then someone answered only to Hangup in my face, I called a second time again a long wait time, and no one came to my call. I simply needed product info. RUDE! RUDE! LACK of costumer services at this location.

I walked into this Staples while my wife tires were getting changed at Costco. They have some parking here for non costco members and it's written on the spot but some people ignore that so be aware of that. But when you first walk into this Staples you'll notice the 2 security guard standing at the entrance. They'll greet you and you can continue on your shopping. This Staples seem pretty stocked with printers, ink, pens, folders and etc. They didn't have much computer accessories like keyboard, mouse or speakers here. They had some networking hardware like router, switches and etc. They also had some nice computer chair out on display but I didn't like the comfort on them.

Can I give it no stars ? Worst worst worst customer service of all time they make you feel like you're not gonna pay and it's for free, they made me wait over 30 min only, the employee screams as me ( we are not CVS we don't do this service here) . Worst ever ! Rude un professional

They told me there card reader wasn't working to take out cash so I run to another store to take cash out when I come back to print something the lady said the printers that you do your self aren't working so I asked if she can help me by printing stuff out but she said she has a lot of work to do and will not help me and to find another store

If you come here and expect decent service DONT!! Leah at the shipping and printing center is rude lazy and has an attitude when asking for help. If your in the field of customer service you should have a better attitude towards customers.just wasted an hour sending a package something that shouldn't take 10 min took an hour.

Do not bring your Amazon returns here. They are so slow! Took 15 mins to return a simple Amazon return because they do not have enough staff and Amazon returns are last priority.

Left a nasty note on my car threatening to tow it from an unmarked spot in a shared parking lot. I got the message - I will never ever park in their parking spots again, especially not when I need office or school supplies. Last time I was there I waited 20 minutes in line to buy envelopes anyway cause the manager couldn't figure out how to work the register.

Would not recommend this location just because of the security guard. I pulled into a spot that says No Costco Parking. Obviously im in this spot because im going into Staples. He knocks on my door and threatens to tow my vehicle even though I'm shopping at staples

The lady with the glasses who works at the printing section is extremely unhelpful and incompetent. I asked her many questions about getting help for printing some documents & all she did was give me dirty looks, an attitude, and no solutions to my problem. She was there yesterday (5/22/2023) around 5pm. Staples needs to find better employees who actually know how to do their job & not ignore all the customers or ignore their problems (which is their job to help). Do better

I went to Staples at 6104 Sepulveda Blvd, Van Nuys CA 91411 to print 11 files and copy six documents. I am very familiar with the Staples process of Printing from email. I was able to print several files, but was getting a machine error for a few. The machine would stop and prompt me to ask for an associate's help. So that's exactly what I did. The younger female tried to help by transferring me to another machine. It happened again, so my option was to ask for Maria's help. Instead of helping, she berated me. She said, "Show me what you're doing. I don't know what you're doing! You already used three machines so I don't know what you're doing!" She simply did not want to help. Very lazy, very rude, very insulting. She really has no business being in customer service. Instead of helping, she called for Nick or Jose. She said, "She used three machines. I don't know what she's doing. I cannot help her." It won't hurt her to probably TRY to help? Jose was kind enough to check if I got charged for two files that did not print. He also gave a paper bag for me to put my prints in. It makes a world of difference to at least attempt to provide some service. If you want your business to thrive, I'd strongly suggest to replace Maria. There are many other businesses for your clients to choose from. Service definitely is not as horrible as Maria's.

Hp ink services sucks. Customer service is the worst. Automatically paying for a month charging your account is the worst idea . Waste of money and waste of time. Counting on it like Printing my fathers funeral program made your uncomfortable time even worst. Subscriber be aware of what your signing onto.
