Horrible customer service in this location in particular. I'm not sure how employees are trained here but the younger female who attended me seemed frustrated with my questions. By the end of our meeting she had horrendous attitude which was really annoying to deal with.

I don't know what happens with spectrums, they ask for so much information from you and then tell you, that they will send you an email, if you are there, why don't they tell you, and another thing is that if they don't tell you, you weren't approved or you don't qualify and they even asked you for your faith. baptism

Very bad service they don’t attend you fast. When they finally do they don’t help you get what you need. I’m a customer and they have very bad service.

Waiting for more than 2 hours to be called. Only two employees in the front. They should have more staff to accomodate the customers. Really frustrating.

Less than cero star. Employees are chatting away and we are just standing there waiting . They don't care about customer service. This idiot AGUSTIN was pushy and when my husband told him he had to talk it over with me this Idiot said REALLY. Trying to make my husband feel bad. What kind of employees are this . Are they this desperate for their tuition that they try to humiliate customers . He also said that explaining what spectrum offers is NOT HIS JOB. OF COURSE BECAUSE HIS JOB IS CHATTING WITH HIS CO WORKERS.?????
