I rarely write reviews but this event was troublesome yet exceptional!
On sunday, (the only day my son and I can go together). I wanted to get an early upgrade to the new flip 7. My local spectrum was closed, so I had to go 8 miles to the San Fernando store. I was told they did not have any in stock and that I should go to another higher volume store where they may have one. Mind you, you can not call ANY spectrum store to ask if they have any in stock, cause I called before driving all over socal to find one. Next, we went ANOTHER 8 miles away to the Van Nuys store. There were 6 people waiting and 3 employees. Now we have to wait what looks like a long time. What if they dont have one in stock?? I hate to do what my son did but would you wait till your turn? He asked an employee before he called the next in line to find out if they had any in stock, so not to waste time waiting if none are available. The very nice man said they would look the next time they go in the back. I thought that was more than fair, so not to interupt the next customer in line. After only a few minutes another nice man came to tell us he overheard our request and went to check for us and they do not have any in stock but I could get one sent in 2 business days! Really? The San Fernando store lady didnt tell me that! 🤨 After only a few more minutes, it was our turn, I was shocked how quickly these men got through the line. Sylvester was very friendly and explained all of our options very well, and which would be the best deal, and he was very patient when we asked questions. I just received my new flip, in 2 days AND 5 hours earlier than the email said it would be delivered. The customer service at this store is exceptional! I will drive 16 miles again just to have these men for all my spectum needs!

Horrible customer service. Manager Janet worst person to talk too. She no help try to walk away just to go sit down. And not help you at all.

This review is for David M. in the Van Nuys branch. David went far and beyond for me! My previous iphones motherboard went corrupt and I lost everything. David not only set me up with a new iphone - he also helped me retrieve all my lost data. He definitely has all the skills and professionalism with excellent manners to help with any customer. Most definitely recommend him!!

Spectrum told me they needed to send me an updated router, and that I should return the old one. I popped into this store to return it and they told me to take a ticket and wait in line with dozens of people buying phones and stuff. Why would it take an hour of waiting to return something you want back? Just put a returns bucket in the counter for drop offs! Instead of waiting, I’ll go to UPS and have them mail it to you. Crazy inefficient.

Horrible customer service. There are 17 people waiting in the queue right before closing at 8pm. There are 3 workers assisting customers. It would move faster is the 2 other employees who are just standing around help out. This is why spectrum will become obsolete. They charge high prices. Least you can do is offer customer service in stores. This is not the 1st time. I came in to exchange a modem. Waiting 45min and still have maybe another 45min wait. Can't wait for Frontier to get in my area and I can finally be done with spectrum. Canceled home phone and cable. Only have internet but not for long.
