My dog had never been to daycare and is usually very shy around other dogs. The first time I brought her over for an evaluation she was actually excited. The people I met were very friendly and attentive towards her. When I dropped her off the following day for daycare she was excited when I dropped her off. I think this place is a great place.

This place is GREAT!! My dogs love coming in for daycare. The team takes great care of them, sends pictures throughout the day. I have an erratic schedule and they always help with early dropoffs, etc. Can't recommend enough

I've been taking my dog here for almost 5 years. I've tried a handful of different places over that time period, and SoBe is the only one my dog happily walks into when I drop her off. She's got major separation anxiety, but she's happy there. The staff over the years have all been awesome & friendly. One of the more reasonably priced daycare/boarding place I've been to as well! Super highly recommended.

My dog Kimber has been going here for several years and she loves it. Epi and Toni take care of her so we'll and they're so accommodating! I trust them completely with her and she looks forward to going there.

My puppy love this place! We have been taking him here since he was just 10 weeks old (now 8 months), and we truly couldn't be happier! We have done both doggy daycare as well as overnight stays when we leave on vacation. It's been so helpful to have somewhere we trust to take him where he can burn off all that puppy energy and socialize with other dogs! Now, when we drop him off, we can't let him out of the car fast enough. He is so excited to get inside and play with all his friends! 10/10 recommend SoBe Happy Dog BnB!

Really great place. My dog is usually really timid and shy when coming out of groomers but he came out of this place happy and super giddy. They took me in really fast and same day which was super convenient! Was going to knock off a point bc we got him back sort of damp but the price was also one I couldn't beat so it evens out haha, will definitely be taking him there again! Also, beware of their parking, it's kind of a tight squeeze to get in & getting out is a little tricky but nothing crazy!

I've had a hard time searching for a groomer for my poodle. usually they overcharge and I could never find an appointment to match with my schedule.Time and time again no matter what. I've called Sobe with less than 24 hours notice and they have accommodated for me and my poodleevery time I pick up my puppy he comes running out of the door super happy and excited as if he was at a social party. Danyul and his staff understand that our pets need love and genuine kindness. I guarantee if you take the time to actually find their location calmly pull into the driveway you will 100% be satisfiedP.s. I would give them five stars if it wasn't for the tight turn pulling into the driveway but that has nothing to do with sobe and the quality service they bring to the table

All I can say is that my dog jumps up to the front seat and starts going nuts the minute I put my left turn blinker on to go I to the driveway! He LOVES Sobe and I love that they take good care of Zion while he is there! They are flexible, dependable and caring with my dog- which I always appreciate. I have been coming here for over a year and am never disappointed. I'm always happy that my dog gets interaction and feel loved while he is away from us! Thanks for always making ZION a happy SOBE dog!

Our dog Kali has been staying at SoBe Happy Dog BnB for over 2 years now and every time Kali has had the time of her life. The second we pull into the parking lot and Kali realizes where she is, she starts wagging her tail in excitement. When we open the door Kali jumps out of the back seat and literally runs to the entrance because she knows she is in for a fun and SAFE stay. She has stayed for half days, whole days, and has been boarded for multiple nights many times. We have always been able to seamlessly drop her off and pick her up with no issues. While boarding you even get multiple pictures of your pup to know they are doing well and are HAPPY.We always bring a big bag of her food to use during her stay but they also have back up food in case you forget. The staff is also really quick to answer any questions and concerns you may have. We highly recommend SoBe Dog BnB to our friends and family in the area.As an extra bonus Kali always comes home tired and ready to relax from all of the fun she has had.

I'm so sad to have to write a review about a daycare my dogs absolutely love to go to. Yesterday I took my beloved German shepherd Apollo to day care at SoBe. I brought him because of the rain and so he could see his friends! I have boarded him here before and though he is high energy, the team was gracious and gave Apollo the chance to acclimate to other dogs (he is only a few months old even though he looks like a 2 year old). When we got home last night, I noticed Apollo limping and I wrote it off as him being sore from running around. His limping seemingly became worse and then I noticed him aggressively licking his paw. At bed time he continued to lick his paw and after closer inspection, I saw he had a gash about 1.5 inches long and so deep I could see his muscles. I immediately took him to the emergency vet clinic and once we were consulted with our veterinarian, he let us know it looked like a dog bite. I didn't think twice, but I immediately admitted Apollo to the emergency vet to where he was treated getting sutures, two weeks of pain pills and antibiotics, and of course, the cone of shame. Today, I wasn't upset. I wasn't actually seeking any compensation or anything from SoBe. I called and texted them to let them know what happened, and finally I got a notification from the manager who said he wanted to discuss the matter. I hoped he would have any insight to what happen -- at the very least some compassion. Once I got on the phone with him, he persisted to tell me that apollos wound was self inflicted and that Apollo is basically the "most high energy in your face" dog at day care. Fine. If he is, why has no one communicated this to me? I would have been more then happy to discuss solutions to make the day easy when Apollo is at day care. Then, he told me that they rotate the dogs in the general public between a fenced area and then the general area. Again, this is fine but who was watching the dogs or who watches the dogs when they are in the fenced area? No one clearly because no one had answers as to why Apollo had a huge gash in his paw. The summary of the conversation is a theme of negligence. No one had answers as to what happened to Apollo and THIS is the problem. Not that he was even injured. There was no compassion, no empathy, and no understanding in the conversation. Simply blame. The injury was done on SoBe's property, and that's that. Not to mention, the facility seems really really dirty and unkempt. Luckily Apollo does not have an infection (yet). The workers have been kind to me and my dogs thus far, I'm simply just disappointed and sad that I can't take them here again.
